Chapter 55

Camira's POV

Right now we're at the results part of the competition. I think that I saw Jayce in the crowd, but I'm not sure. I got the chance to see Jack, Dylan, Jazmine, and Alex again. It was really cool getting to catch up with them.

"Okay, in fourth place we have...................... ESH!" The announcer stated. Everyone clapped for the students at ESH. They accepted their trophy, then they stepped back onto their places on the stage.

"In third place we have................SSH!" the announcer shouted. We all clapped for the SSH choir, they did a really good job.

"Okay everyone. First and second place were really close. They were three points away from each other. In first place, this year's Regionals competition winner is............... West Side High School!" The announcer stated.

Everyone in the WSH choir, started getting emotional and started cheering. It was really awesome. This was my first time winning the Regionals competition.

Jack, Dylan, Alex, and Jazmine came up to me congratulating me. We all group hugged, then they had to leave. I went back to the dressing rooms and saw Jonathan with some girl with blonde hair.

"Hey Camira, I wanted to introduce you to someone," Jonathan told me as I walked into the room. "This is my girlfriend, Ebony," he told me.

Girlfriend? When did that happen. "Hi, it's nice to meet you." She said in a sweet voice. I can't hate her she's nice. And she's really pretty.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you too," I told her back smiling. "I'm going to go home. It was nice meeting you Ebony, I'll see you later Jonathan," I told them both before leaving.

I have to go see Jayce, I need to work some things out with him.

Jayce's POV

I screwed up with Camira. Now I probably have no chance. I hope she has fun with that Jonathan guy. Because I actually did still have feelings for her, now I don't. I'll find someone else.

Camira's POV

I pulled up into Jayce's driveway. I sat in my car for a little while, since I wasn't sure about what was going to happen.

I walked straight into his house, since I knew that it was going to be unlocked. I ran up to his room, and opened the door.

What I saw broke my heart. I saw Jayce on his bed making out with Natalie. They broke apart when Jayce saw me. But before he could say anything I ran out of the door into my car.

I quickly drove to the park. And I just sat in the car, I cried for what seemed like an hour. I finally decided to get out of my car. So I just walked around,clearing my head.

This sucks. A broken heart sucks.

Unfortunately I have to get up for school today. I moped around all weekend, Brooklyn and everyone else came to see me. I had to act like I was okay, but in reality I wasn't.

I'm not going to let this get the best of me. I'm going to look cute today. And show Jayce what he's missing out on.

Yesterday I went to the salon and got my hair dyed. I changed it to an ombre color. It'll start off dark brown, then gradually get lighter.

If thinks that making out with my bitch of a sister will make me feel bad, well he's wrong. I won't let this get the best of me anymore.

I chose a strapless tribal skater dress, black leather pumps, a diamond heart necklace, diamond stud earrings, a gold diamond ring, and a white cross body bag. I decided to braid my hair a little bit.
