Camira's POV
I decided to go visit my mom for the weekend. I also need to catch up with my brother and my friends.
I pulled up into the familiar house's driveway. I quickly got out of my car and walked into the house. I was immediately tackled by my younger siblings.
"We missed you!" They each said smiling. I smiled back at them. "I missed each and everyone one of you too," I said. We let go of the hug and I walked into the kitchen.
I saw the familiar lady with her long silky brown hair and warm smile. "Hey mom," I said standing in the doorway. "You're back," she said looking up from the pot that had soup inside it.
She came over to me and engulfed me into a hug. She released from the hug and went back to cooking.
"There's something different about you," I stated. It's true she's smiling more. She smiles all the time, but she's smiling more.
"What do you mean?" She asked confusion on her voice.
"You're smiling more," I said smiling. I looked down and I saw it.
"You're not wearing the wedding ring," I noticed. She nodded her head and continued.
"Divorce?" She nodded. Don't get me wrong I love seeing my mom happy. But it's even better not having to see my dad anymore.
I nodded my head and exited the kitchen. I have some people to talk to.
*********************************I arrived in front of Santana's house. I walked up to her door and I knocked. She quickly answered the door and her face illuminated once she saw me.
"What are you doing here?" She asked embracing me into a hug.
"You told me to come here," I said chuckling at her. "Right," she muttered.
"Oh, yeah I have something to tell you," she said pulling me inside. I sat down on the smallest couch in theroom and she sat in the chair opposite of me.
"For the past few months I've been trying to figure my feelings out," she started. I nodded my head indicating that she continue.
"And I thought that Chris cheating on me would be the death of me. But I was wrong. There's a boy who truly does make me happy. And it's Dylan." She continued.
"I- I think that I like him," she said.
I would've jumped up and around happily, but then that would've been weird. I can't wait to tell her that Dylan likes her.
But I can't. He has to tell her.
Before I can say anything, my phone vibrated. I looked down and saw that it was a text from Dylan.
I heard that you're in town. Come to my house. I have to tell you something.- Dylan
"I gotta go. I'll see you at tonight's dinner, right?" Santana nodded smiling at me. I returned the smile and left.
What does Dylan have to tell me?
**********************************I arrived in front of the familiar blue, brick house. I quickly got out of my car and walked up towards the door. I knocked then waited patiently.
Dylan came to the door quickly and opened it with a huge smile.
"Come in," he said stepping to the side. I walked into the house, but I had this suspicious look on my face.
"Thanks," I said but I never let the suspicious look drop off of my face.
