Rey called out entering the room, but taani shushed him pointing towards the bed where their two munchkins were sleeping peacefully! Rey scratched the back of his head with a sheepish smile and said tip-toing towards her and pecked her lips making her blush.
"Baot late ho gaya na? Naraaz hain dono?"
Rey asked looking at them, who were sleeping peacefully. It was 12 at night, he had promised his kids that he would come home early and that they would go out for a famly dinner but he got an important meeting. He just hoped he didn't upset his kids by not giving them his time. Taani smiled softly helping him with his bag and coat,
"Bilkul nahi, they understood that you were busy, in fact aapki jo ye little princess hai na, Renesh ko samjhane lagi..."
Rey looked amused as Taani tried to mimic their daughter,
"Bhaiya bhaiya, dadda na busy honge, no worries hum Sunday dinner pe chalenge."
Rey chuckled hearing how his princess supported him, even though knowing how stubborn she was because of how Rey pampers her still she is the most understanding one and he always gave the credits for that to Taani who always tried to make them understand these things.
He asked her drinking water,
"Good, I am glad ye dono naraaz nahi soye. Tumne dinner kiya."
She nodded as he already told her it was dinner meeting and he would have dinner outside, she asked him,
"Aapke liye kuch laun?"
He denied and sat on the sofa not before kissing his munchkins and covering them properly with the duvet. He pulled Taani making her sit beside him and held her closer,
"Bas tum yahin raho."
She smiled cuddling closer to him, even after seven years of marriage they were still the same, their love just increased when their kids came. He asked her holding her hands,
"What were you doing?"
She smiled picking the photo album from bedside table and said,
"Bas, ye dekh rahi thi."
Rey grinned holding it and keeping it on their lap so that they could see it together. He smiled seeing the cute pics of their kids and them. It was their family pics.
