"Mr and Mrs gurmeet singh..! " the nurse called the names of the patients that were listed in the que.

Sana was also sitting there waiting for her turn. Sana was not feeling well for the past few days. Her periods this time were not normal as they happened after a month gap sporadically with heavy spotting, and sometime discharge of tissue or fluid from her vagina, she also faced severe abdominal pain, and mild to severe back pain. And when she told all this to her mother in law. She strictly asked her to see a doctor with sidharth.
So at the behest of her mother-in-law, she took an appointment with the doctor. And today was her report day. Sidharth was supposed to be with her today but due to some important work in the office he got late.

While waiting, she didnt know, when she got engrossed in deep thinking and started remembering things that happened to her in the past few days.

They were heading towards their home from the engagement ceremony of her cousin. As soon as they reached home, Aarav became very happy and excited to see his parents and literally he jumped up to his mother's lap, Sana felt a bit strange as she started having pain in her back ,she never had this much back pain in her periods, its alway light to mild. But then leaving everything aside she lovingly took Aarav in her lap and peppered his cheeks with feathery kisses.

"mummmmaaaaa.... Aap mujhe chhol ke ko gye. Muje bhi jana ta"he whined feigning anger and sobbing at the same time.

"beta mumma leke jane wali thi aapko aap lunchke baad so gye the so aapke Papa khene lage ki Aarav ko disturb ni karo and aapko next time leke chalege... Abi to there are many functions to come" she tried to coax him, taking him in their bedroom ofcourse him being still clung to her near her chest.

"Papaaaaa..... " he shouted ,seeing his father coming towards him stretching his arms in his direction asking him to take him in his arms.

"haan beta... "he said,lovingly.

"goddiiiiii" he muttered making a pout.

Sidharth took him in his embrace, freeing Sana so that she can change into her night wears.
"Papa tal muje park leke jana, bale wala park" he mumbled in his gibberish tone.

"ok meri jaan chalege and chocolate cake bhi kayege... But abhi nini karo chalo. Its quite late. "

"okkk.... " he starting jumping in his arms instantly listening to chocolate cake.

"aap hi karao nini " he insisted hugging his father, and putting his head on his shoulders.

She went inside the loo to change and by the time sidharth was putting Arav to sleep by patting his back n rocking him in his arms.
Aarav was a 4 year old kid,too much fond of his parents and  finds it difficult to sleep without them. But sometimes he sleeps with his grand parent while playing with them.

She came out after freshening up in her maxi dress.
" lao mujhe do arav ko. Bed pr sula du" she took arav from sidharth and put him to sleep comfortably on the bed.

" tumhari gande wali adat ho gyi h isse" he said closing the gap between them.

"chhota h abhi, maa ki adat to hogi hi" she replied pulling her hairs to one side and covering him properly with the duvet.

Sidharth make her turn towards him ,took a long breadth n....started kissing her ,taking her lips in his mouth completely as if he was following some ritual or may be listening to his physicl needs . His hands pulled her more into him. She closed her eyes to relish the moment. His lips moved to her neck taking her completely in his strong embace. Kissing, licking and sucking on her sensitive spots. Moving more downwards he pulled her maxi down from her shoulders making her bra visible to him. Soon he captured her breast in his mouth over bra ,licking n sucking on het soft voluptuous mounds. He was drowned into his desire completely whereas she was too sunk in the pool of ecstasy and desire, moaning. His hands move to the knot of her dress while still sucking on her boobs ,groaning at the same time. And thats when it clicked her. She pushed him immediately coming into the real world.

"im so sorry, vo.... Mensus! I totally forgot for a moment. Sorry pta ni kse bhool gyi... " she whispered panting hard. Looking downward, head hung low in slight discomposre.

"aaabbb.. Ummm... Its... Its ok... Tum aaram karo... " he stammered huffing n panting. Running his fingers into his hair to conceal the uneasiness and embarrassment n to put a leash on his ragging hormones.

Since that day, Sana's periods were on a spree , it had been more than 9 days but she was still having heavy periods.
One night when sidharth tried to be intimate with her, she told him about her period that still persists. Thats when he too showed a little concerned about her periods being persisting this long.

"Mrs Sana walia....aap ander jaye" the nurse announced pulling sana out of her thoughts . She stood up immediately, nervousness and anxiety still intact . Taking long strad, she entered the doctors cabin.

"Sana your blood reports, HCG n pelvic examination reports has arrived and unfortunately what I feared has happened!..... You have had a miscarriage!. You were 4 and a half weeks pregnant. Im so sorry Sana. " the doctor said squeezing her hand in sympathy with a gloomy face

"what?...... Miscarr... But kaise? Imean.... Ye sab! Main pregnant! ". She stammered in disbelief. This came as a shock to her. she starded shivering in pain n fear. the anxiety was succumbing her slowly n gingerly. Her eyes were wet already. Only question she had in her mind was, how? How can this happen. They were using protection. How can she conceive n not only that. "A Miscarriage! " ...this is even more worst.
"I know u must be wondering ke even after using protection how come u become pregnant but they don't come with 100% assurance. There are still chances even when u use them religiously. And see sana what u had is a spontaneous abortion in other words, i would say. It mainly results in the loss of a fetus before 20 weeks of pregnancy. Aisa jyadatar gestation period ke 3 months ke ander ander hota h. They can happen for a variety of medical reasons, many of which aren't within a person's control. Jaise ki genetic or chromosome issue, or poor diet, high blood pressure, problem with the cervix, abnormal shape of uterus, mental trauma, hormonal issue, obesity, diabetes etc etc. But in ur case i things is either mental trauma or may be a weak cervix but thats not an issue. Ghabrane ki bad tab h if you started to have multiple miscarriage. Fir problem ho jaye gi.... So i would suggest u to take care of ur self and keep a check upon ur period cycle thats very very important. Baaki to u r 23 year old young n healthy woman.
So tumhare pregnant hone me koi problem ni h. Hmmm... Now please don't cry! Everything will be fine. Tell ur husband about it, he need to know about this. " she tried to cheer her up as Sana was continuously shedding tears sitting all still n weeping.

She was tormented by the fact that she lost her child and she didn't even know it.How could she be so irresponsible, how could she not know that she was pregnant, the same question was coming in her mind again and again. How she would tell this to her husband! and how her husband would react to it. The baby thet she lost belonged to him as well.
In the midst of all that her phone buzzed with a message and it said-

" I am about to reach the hospital in 5 minutes, I will meet you inside." her husband messaged who was about to reach her.
