Harry Potter woke up early the next day. It was already the thirtieth of December so Ron and him doesn't need to go to the Ministry of Magic. He looked down at the still sleeping form of Ron, glad that he was still asleep.

He went out of their bedroom to go to Ginny's room next door. He needs to go to Grimmauld Place to check on Hermione as he promised her.

Ginny Weasley was still sleeping when Harry knocked on her door. She had a restless sleep last night because of the incident with her youngest brother.

"Ginny, I need to check on Hermione. Could you please stay with Ron while I'm gone?" Harry requested once the redhead opened her door.

"Okay, I will stay with him," Ginny replied, going outside her room. "I don't think Ron is in his right mind right now, please tell Hermione to be careful," she added concernedly.

"Of course," he agreed. "I'll be back soon, just don't let him go out. We will figure something out when I get back," he told her, giving her hand a gentle squeeze.

"I'll check the door," Draco Malfoy told Hermione Granger, getting up from the bed. It's still too early to have a visitor. Don't they have clocks? He thought irritably.

When he opened the door, he was relieved to see it was Potter and not the Weasel. If it was the latter, he will surely hit him in the face for hurting Hermione last night.

"Potter," he greeted quietly. "Don't you think it's too early to visit? I know it's your house, but still," he drawled.

Harry rolled his eyes at him, pushing the door further to get inside. "I need to talk to Hermione," he said. "You aren't supposed to be here," he added, letting himself in.

"Harry," the brunette called from the bed, her hair wild. She tried taming it while Draco answered the door, but to no avail.

"Hermione, what happened last night with Ron? Did he hurt you?" The Boy Who Lived asked concernedly. "He was furious when he came back to the Burrow," he explained.

"No, he didn't. He just yelled awful things," Hermione answered.

"He pushed her hard," Draco Malfoy informed him. "I would have cursed him if I did not need to keep Granger from falling down," he sneered.

Hermione rolled her eyes at him.

"It was your fault that he was angry," Harry told him. "He was surprised to see you here, you can't really blame him," he explained, trying to defend his best friend.

"Yes, of course it is my fault, but you should have heard what he said to her, maybe you could have hexed him yourself," he retorted. "It was a good thing I thought of coming back here and staying with her," he added, not feeling guilty for being caught by the Weasel.

"How did you get back here anyway?" Harry asked curiously, wanting to confirm his suspicions.

"I just told Kreacher I wanted to come back here, I am a Black, remember?" The blonde replied smugly.

"That's what I thought, since Hermione told me she doesn't want another meeting with you yet," he answered.

"Why are you here at this ungodly hour?" Draco asked again.

Harry turned his focus on Hermione instead, moving closer to his best friend to sit beside her. He took her hand in his, giving it a gentle squeeze.

"Hermione," he started, looking at her eyes. "Ron was furious last night, he took it out on Ginny. She accidentally told him about your pregnancy in her distress. We are very sorry," he told her.
