jeongguk smiled, staring at his phone.

this was the first genuine smile he had since...

since forever.

he only had usual smirks one.

nothing else.

talking to the therapist was therapeutic.

extremely.

jeongguk learned how to smile again.

he and the therapist exchanged messages.

jeongguk being himself, ignored the messages.

guess he had a date to prepare for.

a small skip in his step as he walked to  his bedroom, searching his closet.

"jeans it is." he mumbled as he grabbed the clothes from the wardrobe.

jeongguk pulled up to taehyung's house, pulling the helmet over his head as taehyung gorgeously stepped out of his house, locking the door and walking towards jeongguk.

he took the helmet from his hand, putting it on his head and hopping onto the bike.

"you look gorgeous." jeongguk complimented, smiling proudly.

"where are we going?" taehyung asked, thanking the heavens that jeongguk couldn't really see his face.

"out." jeongguk said, revving the engine and driving.

taehyung squealed, still not used to the speed of the bike.

"this... is your idea of a place to get dinner?" taehyung questions, cocking an eyebrow as he looked around the pub.

"yeah. pretty cool right?"

"take me home jeongguk. this isn't my kind of place." taehyung whispered, tugging jeongguk's hands.

"fine. hop on." jeongguk said, getting back on betsy and starting the engine.

a frown on his face as he kept driving.

"this isn't the way back." taehyung commented.

"i know." jeongguk replied, stopping in front of a restaurant.

they both got off the bike, taking off their helmets.

"is this where you want to go?" jeongguk asked, rubbing his neck and shoving his hands into his jeans pockets.

"where is this? lucy's kitch- jeongguk."

"the food is good. they only play jazz too. no loud songs."

"jazz?" taehyung asked, his eyes sparkling as he pulled jeongguk into the restaurant.

taehyung closed his eyes, smiling as he listened to the instruments that played.

"someone is a jazz enthusiast." jeongguk mumbled as he walked to a table, taehyung behind him.

"the sax most especially. such beautiful instruments."

"i could never understand you."

"neither can i, jeon jeongguk. what is it about you?" taehyung asked as an intense stare down ensued between the two of them.

"excuse me. can i take your order?" a waitress asked, breaking their staring contest.

jeongguk smirked as taehyung stuttered his words out.

not so tough now huh?
