Have You Ever Been In Love?

"Have you ever been in love?" Camila rolled her eyes at the question as she turned to see Lauren leaning her head back trying to balance a pencil on the top of her lip. She was asked to come here to help her study yet the only thing Lauren had been doing is asking her questions that didn't matter to her. Lauren gave her a smile as Camila once again rolled her eyes, "Come on, it's just a question."

"Will that question be on your exam?" Camila asked as Lauren just sat there in thought. Maybe the question will be there. Maybe the question will not be there. Lauren truly didn't know the exam could have anything on there, ranging from the Big Bang Theory to what you had for breakfast that morning. "You asked for my help Lolo," Camila continued and Lauren gave her a small pout as she went back to studying a book she already knew like the back of her hand. "You want to-"

Camila didn't need to finish that question as Lauren was up and rummaging through her refrigerator looking for whatever to shove in her mouth. Camila let out a light chuckle as she watched Lauren pull out a soda can for her. Camila thanked her as Lauren started to chew on baby carrots. An odd sighting for Camila. "I don't think I've ever seen you eat something so healthy," Camila let out and Lauren looked down to see she was eating baby carrots, she couldn't help but let out a laugh and Camila only smiled at the reaction.

After a while Lauren waved her hand letting her know she had something to say and as Lauren put the baby carrots down on the table she looked at Camila rather serious. To be honest Camila couldn't help but straighten herself out under Lauren's intense gaze. She began to wonder if she even had an answer for whatever question Lauren was about to give her. "Have you ever-"

"No, not this again," Camila said as she grabbed her soda can leaving Lauren alone in the kitchen. She ran a hand through her hair as she heard Lauren quickly push both their chairs in. She let out a sigh as she turned her head to see Lauren sitting next to her with a frown. She was studying her and she couldn't help but feel chills run down her spine. Her stare really was intense. "Why do you want to know so bad?" She questioned and Lauren could only take a deep breath as she shrugged.

"I'm just curious," Lauren quietly said and Camila shook her head as she knew it must be more than curiosity. Lauren cleared her throat as she turned her head to look at the blank TV in front of her. "Dinah and Normani like to tease that you are in love with me." Camila turned around as she let a hand hit Lauren's bare arm. Lauren turned to her with wide eyes as she grabbed her arm, "Ouch!" Camila was about to let another hand swing but Lauren stopped her as Camila could only groan. "I have ears you know, I can hear them tease you-"

"Doesn't mean you should be bringing it up just because they aren't here to defend themselves," Camila explained as Lauren only nodded as if she understood why Camila was upset at her for bringing up the teasing. It had become a constant thing now for the girl as Dinah and Normani made it very clear that her feelings for the green eyes goddess was very noticeable. If it was that noticeable why hasn't she said anything? Camila thought with another eye roll as she crossed her arms across her chest. What did they know that she didn't? She turned to look at Lauren who was just smiling at her.

"You seem pretty defensive-"

"I am not being-"

"Oh yes you are, come on Camz is there something you need to tell me?" Lauren teased and Camila could only let her hands free as she started to hit Lauren on the arm. Not caring if Lauren cried out in pain or not. Lauren instead let out laughter as she watched Camila take out her frustration on her, she couldn't help but wonder that maybe Camila was hiding something from her. Maybe their teasing was right. Lauren grabbed her hands from continuing and she gave her a wide smile as Camila turned her head a red tint rising on the top of her cheeks. "Is there something you need to tell me Camila?"
