P.O.V Lauren

We were on our way to the hospital when I heard a police siren chasing me.

- Lauren, pull over.

- But I did not do anything.

- Pull over soon!

I sighed loudly and pulled the car over while a guard got off the bike with a notepad in his hands and looking serious.

- Can I help you sir?

- I don't know if you know, but this clue can only be used by two or more people.

- But we're in two....

I looked away and saw Ally chuckling at me.

- Here's your ticket.

- Damn it!

- Have a nice day girl.

Ally laughed again and I glared at her.

- What's funny Allyson?

- All... Let's go to the hospital.

- Okay bossy.

I accelerated the car to the hospital in Buena Vista, we got in there and she smiled broadly.

- I feel like I've been here.  Ask for me there at the reception.

- Any more short bossy orders?

- Will soon.

I approached the counter and a woman looked me up and down and forced a smile.

- Can I help you?

"Ask about Allyson Brooke…" Ally whispered in my ear and my body shivered.

- I wonder if you know Allyson Brooke.

- Are you talking about Dr. Brooke?

- Yes... The Doctor.

- Wait a moment.

She turned away from me and spoke into the phone, then came back and forced another smile on me.

- You can go to the 5th floor.

- All right.

We went up to the fifth floor and found a tall boy with dark eyes and straight hair.

"Damn it's Justin"

- Hello Miss.  Are you looking for Allyson?

- Yes. Where is she?

"On your silly side," Ally said with a laugh.

- First tell me what you were hers.

"Says we were friends," Ally said.

- We were close... You know... Friends.

- She never told me about you.

- It was a recent friendship.

-Then why doesn't she know what happened?

- I was traveling.

-Allyson was in a car accident a month ago, after which she fell into a coma.

- Nobody told me anything... Did... Can I see her?

- We're not visiting hours, Miss...?

- Jauregui.  Please let me see her.

- Only ten minutes.

- Okay.

I went into a room and saw her lying there, tubes on her body and pale.
