P.O.V Lauren

Although Ally asked me to move back to her apartment, I wanted to take it easy and now I was there in Dinah's room walking around like a fool, Dinah followed me with her eyes until she got up from the room. sofa and hold me by the shoulders.

- Jauregui, it's making me dizzy!

- Sorry...

- What you think so much about.

- I know I wanted to take it one step at a time, but I was here planning my dating request for Ally.

- This doesn't fit in "One step at a time".  Seriously, you guys have technically been dating for months.

- I know, I thought about it too.

- So... What do you think?

- I'll need your help... But first I need to play a little.  I'm too tense....

- Play helps?

- As Ally would say "You know what you need to do? Play. It calms you down."  And last night I composed something...

- I can hear?

- Sure.

I picked up my guitar that was sitting there in the corner of the room and sat on the couch watching Dinah look at me.

- Does this song have sheet music?

- Yes, why?

- Mind if I play with you?  I've been a little tense too.

- Tense with what?

- Fear... Of not being what Normani is looking for.

- All right, you can play with me.

I sat on top of the piano positioned in a room after the living room, never understanding why Dinah isolated her precious piano in a room.  I took the sheet music from the guitar cover and handed it to Dinah who smiled and practiced the notes on the keys, come on, Dinah Jane was an insufferable but sloppy on the keys!

- Ready?

- Ready DJ!

- Are you going to sing or are you just going to play?

- I have the lyrics here with me.

She said as she played the temple and I saw her smile.

   {Music: Bird Set Free - Sia}

The notes started with Dinah who played the keys with a certain speed.

My voice came out a little low as my head flew to a certain point in my life, I shook my head and let myself get caught up in the sweet melodies on Dinah's piano keys that melded deliciously with the chords of my guitar.  But a phrase was needed for me to explode and sing like nothing else could reach me, and really now it couldn't.

- I found myself in my melodies
I sing for love, I sing for me
I shout it out like a bird set free
No I don't care if I sing off key

My mind got tired of struggling and I closed my eyes remembering why I made that song, what I felt.

"I had sent my wedding invitation with Camila to all my friends and I struggled a lot until I decided to send it to my family. Chris and Taylor were the first to text me thanking and congratulating me for the achievement. Dad had called me earlier and he said he was happy and invited me and Camila to a celebratory dinner.
