I'm quiet because I felt tired after doing that sex with Aaron, while Aaron focused his attention on the road.

"Saan tayo kakain?" Panimulang tanong ko sa kanya.

"Bondi & Bourke." He casually said.

I know he didn't want to strike a conversation, so I just said, "Okay."

When we arrived at the parking, nakita kong may isang valet na nakaabang sa amin.

We were guided by a staff to a private elevator kaya hindi ko na napigilan na tanungin si Aaron.

"You reserved a private room?" bungad ko sa kanya pagkasara ng elevator.

"Yes. Dad reserved it. It's his gift to us. He told me earlier today." Aniya.

"Gift, why?" Litong-lito kong tanong sa kanya.

"Our second anniversary is next week. You know, the second year where our parents announced na irereto nila tayo sa isat-isa. That family dinner. Dad said we might have other plans for that day kaya inunahan nalang niya tayo ng dinner date gift. Don't tell me you forgot?" Pagalit niyang tugon.

Nakalimutan ko talaga kaya buti nalang pinaalala niya.

"It slipped my mind. You know I'm busy with our acads especially now that we're graduating.

"Excuses, Char. Let's have a vacation next week. We can excuse to our professors. After all, daddy is a benefactor of our university." Aniya.

"Next time na lang, Aaron.  We have a scheduled defense next week. I need to study. Malapit na rin naman ang graduation natin. Let's just schedule an outing after our graduation." Saad ko.

The elevator open and another staff leads us to the private dining room.

And without further ado, our courses arrived. I busied myself eating my meal when Aaron spoke.

"Are you sure with what you want? Women are more sentimental with anniversaries." he told me after finishing his first course.

"Yes. I have a busy sched ahead for the next few weeks."  I spoke.
