are you feeling down, hopeless,
or feeling blue?
are you feeling all this anger and sadness,
are you letting negative emotions surround you?
i wanted to cheer up a little bit
and let this heaviness in my chest go,
but it's so hard releasing the tension,
when holding on is all i know,
i found myself drowning,
the ocean's pressure is pushing me down,
i'm going deeper, quickly sinking,
until i'm never to be found.
