At the precinct
I SAT in the empty briefing room in a fresh shirt that I got from Piper.
Kai was walking around with a file in his hand. I am the only detective of this case right now as Jaxs and Piper was re-going through the Lucy Goburg case as something wasn't making sense. I need to drop the paperwork before I forget.
About my case, Alex claimed to have done nothing and would lawyer-up if we didn't leave but he is one of our main suspect right now, so I sent an ITO to a judge and I'll probably get it in a few hours.
" Can you compel people?" I asked Kai, not looking at him.
Kai:" Yes; but what are you thinking about, Naughty girl?" He smirked, caging me in his arm by placing both of his arms on the table on either side of my body.
"That you compel Alex to make him talk. What were you thinking about, Naughty boy?" I mocked him with a high pitch voice.
Kai:" I don't sound like that and isn't it a little illegal?" He asked.
"Don't worry about that." I replied.

We did get warrant and we managed to get Alex in the precinct. Kai would Alex before he insists on lawyering up. We sat him down at the interrogation room as Kai hovered over himand I saw opposite to them.
Alex:" Um, Detective? What is he doing?" He asked, clearly scared.
Kai looked at me for permission and I nodded. Kai turned his attention back to Alex and he grabbed his shoulder and stared into Alex's eyes.
Kai:" I want you tell me everything you know about where Coral Zola is and if you did something to her. Do you understand?" He said.
I wonder how it feels like to be compelled. Angel/half-angel cannot be compelled, which is a peck but I was just wondering.
Alex:" Yes, I understand... I rather die than hurt Coral. She was kidnapped by some individuals and they called me for ransom, I'm supposed to meet up with them tonight with the money." He said in a trance-like manner.
"Why didn't you tell us about it earlier?" I asked him when he snapped out of trance. Looks like the brother was wrong.
Alex:" W-what?" He asked, confused by what just happened.
" Mr. Montonio, Please just answer the question." I asked, growing impatient.
Kai sat next to me and kicked his feet up on the table.
