DID BONNIE JUST GOT HER MAGIC BOOK?. Kai triggered it maybe ?
There was a thud coming in front of me. I looked at Kai who dropped the umbrella and said.
Kai:"OK."
To which Bonnie responded with.
Bonnie :"Giving up so soon, I'm embarrassed for you".
With that the bourbon that was on the floor caught fire. OK here we go. I slowly walk up behind Kai , without him noticing as his attention was on Bonnie. Bonnie acknowledge my presence behind him and knew what I was about to do. She mouth to Damon to run. Which he did using his vamp speed. I position myself and swung the umbrella toward his head but he was still standing, I hit him tho.
Wait what ?
He lift his hand up to touch the back of his head and than collapsed down. Knock out.
Kai 0 , Maricruz 1
"Wow, who thought that an umbrella would be such a weapon ".
I said while looking at Bonnie. She chuckled at me while shaking her head,she started walking closer while looking Kai unconscious face. His back was facing me, he kinda look like a bear , kinda cute.
Damon:"I'm back" He groan as he vamp speed next to us.
Damon :"who the hell knocked him out". He asked confused.
"Me". I replied ,lifting the umbrella up and throwing it next to it's stand.
Damon:"The only thing that surprise me in this is that you knocked him out with an umbrella and not with your shoe ".
He said as he was lifting Kai to throw him on his shoulder. I'm Latina and when I was a kid. I would get beaten up or low key threaten with my mom's chancla so this whole shoe beating thingy stick with me.
"Whatever , let's go home".

Damon was driving us back home. The roof was down, the wind shuffling our hair. Bonnie was in the front passenger seat and I was sitting in the back with an unconscious Kai next to me which sucks because every time Damon would make a turn, he would fall right on me,right on my injured arm, yes injured arm. When we were getting out of the supermarket, Bonnie saw that my upper arm was bleeding. The funny part is that I didn't notice myself.
Damon made a left turn causing Kai to fall on me again. That's it , I'm putting his seatbelt on. I took mine off and I pushed his shoulder back to put him in his seat and put his seatbelt on. Done!
I look at my right arm , Bonnie already took out some of the big pieces of glasses but there is still some small pieces left.
She wrapped my arm with a towel that we found at the store .
I put my seatbelt back on as Damon made a swift turn.
"Woah, calm down fast and furious".
Damon didn't answer but instead slowed down a bit. After a few hours of driving ,we reached our destination.
Home
Damon carried kai inside while Bonnie and i was taking our groceries out of the trunk. Once inside, i saw Damon tying kai to a chair next to the chimney. Bonnie took the groceries bags out of my hand and asked me to sit down to sit down in the living room to treat my wounds.
I walk to the living room and sat down,from where i was i could see Kai's face, he looks really young maybe in his 20s .
Damon:"How is your arm?".
"Stinging".
I replied and Damon also replied with a hmm. While eating a packet of pork rinds and playing with a poker.
Damon:"I can give you some of my blood if you want.....when Bonnie is going to take all the glasses out of course ".
"No,thanks ".
Damon nodded and turned back looking at the fire,playing with the poker.
I refused cause i don't see myself drinking someone's blood and also because being the clumsy person i am, i might fall down and break my neck and i really don't want to wake up as a vampire.

"Ouch!". I cried out as Bonnie poured a rubbing alcohol on my wounded arm.
Bonnie mumbled a little sorry and bandage my upper arm and i thanked her. I closed my eyes for a sec and about to get up when i heard a groan coming from Kai.
All the three of us looked at him.
Bonnie:"He is waking up".
I looked at her ,who was sitting on the coffee table and i looked back at kai who was opening his eyes.
Damon:" Rise and shine ,Sleepyhead".
