Epilogue
"Good luck!" I said at the side stage.
It's time that he will conquer the stage. My flight will be five hours from now. This time, it is him that asked me to stay and wait. Ang luggage ko ay nasa dressing room niya at may isang malaking bag din akong binili para sa mga pasalubong na binili ko.
I will leave probably an hour and a half before my flight. Sobrang daming tao. May mga banners na kay laki at sobrang lakas ng hiyawan ng mga tao.
"Can you just stay until the concert is over? I will take care of your flight." he said once more.
"Hindi nga pwede. Hindi ako aabot sa duty ko. Let's just catch up once you'll go home. After a week or two, right?"
We are standing very close to each other because we can't hear each other due to the crowd's cheers.
"Can I just have a..." he opened his arms widely, "before I'll go to the stage?"
Lumapit pa ako sa kanya. I embraced him tightly. God... I miss this scent.
"Go on and conquer that stage. I'm so proud of you. I'll be at the side," and be the most supportive girlfriend you'll ever have... that's what I wanted to say.
His hug tightened.
"I hope everything's not late yet. Ngayong pinapaboran na tayo ng panahon, sana hindi pa huli ang lahat." the last thing he said before the crowd went wild as he enter the stage.
"Hello, Los Angeles!"
The crowd went wilder.
This is exactly what I pictured that he'd achieve. Wala mang namamagitan sa amin, nandito pa rin ako sa tabi niya.
I'm so tired of denying that I'm over him.
I hope everything's not late yet, too.
"How are you all doing?! Are you ready to sing my songs with me?!"
He's so good at this. Well, it's not tha this is his first out of the country concert.
"Let's start off with my first song. This is a very important song for me. This is where everything started and without this, I wouldn't be here and achieve everything I achieved. I'm very thankful to the person who pushed me to pursue my dream and I did not regret taking the challenges to achieve it."
He glanced at me. I smiled at him.
He started singing. I never knew that he had such a wonderful voice. Akala ko sa pag-aarte lang siya may talento. I was wrong, this man have a lot to offer.
"Umupo ka, Attorney." sabi ni Rey na may dala-dalang upuan.
"Thank you." sabi ko at umupo.
Hind kami nakikita dito sa side stage. Limited lang din ang nakikita ko. Just the stage and a limited number of people.
Sobrang daming tao. Foreign people came to witness his concert. People from different race cheer together for him. It's such a wonderful sight to see.

It's a very nice song. It's my personal favorite. Aside from I was there throughout this song's journey, I just love its lyrics.
