"Kyoya-senpai apologized personally?" Haruhi asked incredulously, "I would've given anything to see that."

"It was rather...endearing actually," Sumire mused sipping on some hot chocolate from the convenience store, "He was very sweet, and not like the hosting sweet, just sweet."

Haruhi playfully hit Sumire's shoulder, "Just kiss already.'

Sumire scoffed, a small blush covering her cheeks. She and Haruhi had met up in front of the convenience store to walk to school again and get some breakfast on the go, Sumire had wanted to text Haruhi about it but she felt like it was a gossip to be made in person.

"So were coming in club today right?"

"Yup, apparently they have an apology act orchestrated by Tamaki," Sumire kicked a pebble, "Kyoya made me promise to pretend I'm still upset just so they can do their thing."

"Did he say what they were gonna do?" Haruhi asked taking a bite out of her strawberry cream sandwich.

"Nope, he said it was a surprise."

"Kyoya, smile!" Sumire cheered taking photos of Kyoya at every angle while the rest of the hosts drove Haruhi around the room making her laugh at the get up.

"As much as you are entertained by our presentation I hope with this you can forgive all of us," Kyoya stiffly uttered scribbling furiously in his notebook.

"Yeah yeah, come on take a picture with me," Sumire whined switching her phone to front camera and snapping a few photos.

Across the room Haruhi and the rest of the hosts seemed to have made up and the Lobelia trio has disappeared.

Kyoya patted Sumire's head before pushing his glasses up and putting his notebook down, "Now if you will excuse me, I believe it is about time for me to change back into my usual attire."

Sumire stuck her tongue out playfully before pushing him off to the changing room.

"Sumi-chan!" Honey yelled jumping into her arms for a hug, "You're staying too right?"

"Yep, I'm back in business," Sumire pinched Honey's cheek before handing him off to Mori.

The music room was soon filled with chatter and banter, along with lots of sweets passed around while the club hours passed.

Soon enough Sumire was helping Haruhi gather all the plates and teacups to take to the back. She never really thought about it but she wondered who washed and cleaned all of it at the end of the day.

"Hey you going home?" Haruhi asked balancing a stack of plates as she walked."

Sumire swerved a little to keep her own stack in check, "I gotta pick up Smoky from the vet, she just got her shots, sorry I can't walk with you."

"Nah it's okay, tell me how it goes though?"

"Sure no prob."

By the time they had cleared the music room Honey was fast asleep and had to be carried out by Mori, while the twins had already gone for the day. Tamaki was waiting like a puppy for Haruhi so Sumire left them to their little bubble.

Packing up her own things a shadow blocked her lighting and she looked up to see Kyoya looking all fine and dandy.

"What's up?" Sumire asked strapping her laptop inside the safety strap of her bag, "Need an extra shipment of roses?"

"No, however I would like to take you home as it is getting quite late," Kyoya replied watching Sumire tie her hair up into a ponytail.

"That's sweet of you Kyoya but I gotta head to the vets and pick up Smoky."

"Then I would like to accompany you to your appointments."

Sumire raised an eyebrow hoisting her bag up, "Why? What's up with you today? Did the face powder cloud your brain or something?"

Kyoya pushed his glasses up walking alongside Sumire down the hall, "Very funny Sumire, as a gentleman it would be unseemly to leave a lady to her own so far late in the day."

"Well, as long as you're okay with it and I'm not bothering you, I guess it's alright," Sumire bumped Kyoya's shoulder lightly as they made their way down to the familiar limo.

"Will your friend Daisuke from the pet shop be meeting you?" Kyoya inquired pausing from his typing and turning to Sumire that was resting her head on his shoulder watching the screem.

"If he's there then I guess so," Sumire replied boredly, "Why you asking?"

"No reason, none at all."

The limo stopped in front of the pet shop as Sumire straightened her clothes a little, "I'll be quick." Kyoya nodded opening the door as Sumire stepped out.

As Sumire went into the veterinarians a familiat figure stepped out of the pet shop looking rather amused at the shiny black car.

Daisuke shrugged about to walk away when the window of the car slowly descended, a bespectacled boy with neatly combed black hair looking at him, so in a split second decision he walked over.

"You're Sumire's friend yeah? I saw your sweet ride the other day," Daisuke grinned as Kyoya who remained poker faced.

"Yes. I do not believe we had met yet," Kyoya cooly replied stepping out of the limo and extending a hand, "Ootori, Kyoya Ootori."

"Matsuhiro, Daisuke Matsuhiro," Daisuke returned mimicking Kyoya's curt tone, shaking Kyoya's hand.

Kyoya stared at the man before him up and down,  "What are your intentions with Sumire?"

"Straight to the point huh?" Daisuke let out a snort but a serious look overcoming his face, "I like Sumire."

"Kyoya? Daisuke?" Sumire's voice made the two freeze up for a moment as Sumire walked over carrying Smoky's cage, "You guy's finally met? That's great."

"Ye-"

"I'll take that for you," Kyoya cut Daisuke off taking the cage and putting it inside the limo carefully.

Sumire looked at them suspiciously before shaking her head, "Give me a few more minutes? Just gotta buy something from the store..?" she turned to Daisuke questioningly.

"Oh my shift just ended, a new kid is holding down the fort" Daisuke motioned over to the pet store, the sign still showing open."

"Well, be right back," Sumire waved dashing off.

Silence befell Kyoya and Daisuke as they watched Sumire walk off.

"You like her too don't you?" Daisuke asked breaking the tension.

Kyoya didn't answer and opened the limo door again to go inside.

"If it make's you feel better, she hasn't taken up my offer for a date, I think she like's someone else." Daisuke sighed shaking his head before walking off.

The two went their separate ways as Daisuke mounted his motorcycle speeding away, Kyoya looking through the window watching Sumire move about the store.

'Sumire likes someone else?'
