"Oh we're so gonna be in trouble Haruhi"
Sumire and Haruhi ran over to Music room 3. They stayed a bit late to discuss the lesson and lost track of time for a bit.
"It'll be fine, in any case i'll be in trouble since i'm a host", Haruhi panted out.
The two skidded into a stop just in front of the majestic doors. Pushing the doors open Sumire and Haruhi were met by a tropical paradise.
"Welcome"
'Oh yeah today is Balinese themed', Sumire thought to herself.
"You two finally made it, you're so late", Hikaru and Kaoru jabbed.
"I could be wrong but my calendar says it's only early spring", Haruhi mumbled, looking in her calendar.
"Nah you're right, they did a good job transforming the place though", Sumire agreed.
Tamaki pranced about dramatically, it reminded sumire of a deer, but blonde and sparkly.
Posing weirdly, Tamaki made a small show, "Huddling under a kotatsu table, fearing the cold is nonsense. And besides the heating system we have is the best"
"Do you have a problem with the way we run our club Haruhi? You owe us 8 million yen remember?"
Kyoya's voice cut through Tamaki's performance, and Sumire cringed at the sound of 8 million.
Shaking her head Sumire walked off just as Tamaki was about to start another one of his tirades to look and see the flowers and plants. It looked pretty nice overall, except the fact that it was indoors and it looked like they were at a different country. Sumire shook her head thinking of all the money that was spent on these theme days. For Kyoya needing a bit of slack on flowers, he sure does well to budget everything to pull off Tamaki's frivolousness.
Sumire sauntered back to Haruhi holding a flower that fell off. It was a red Hibiscus, she felt bad that it was just on the floor so she took it.
"We're throwing a party?", Haruhi asked, Sumire beside her who was fiddling with the flower. She totally forgot about the ball.
They were just by Hikaru and Kaoru's table and Sumire tuned in, not really having anything to do.
One of the guests who were swooning asked, "What kind of party is it going to be? Is it going to be formal?"
Sumire answered yes in her head and was already dreading just thinking about it.
"Yes, in fact, we've rented the school's largest hall", "It's the perfect place for dancing", the twins said consecutively.
Hikaru started, "But I really wanted to spend some alone time with you, Kaoru"
"Don't be upset Hikaru, I know exactly how you feel"
There were sparkles flying around the scene with their guests either having nosebleeds or just plain fangirling.
Sumire handed Haruhi the flower and motioned to put it in her hair.
"The guests seem to be more worked up than they usually are", Haruhi said, fixing the flower.
"Showing some skin proves to be popular with the ladies", Kyoya answered as a matter of fact.
Sumire held back a laugh and a retort. In her head was several things that Kyoya would probably have her head for, one being if they took it one step further they'd be prostitutes instead of hosts.
