Everyone quieted down watching the interaction. Sumire took a small step back instinctively hiding slightly behind Kyoya.

"It's been a while huh," Akihito rubbed the back of his neck nervously from the tension and the stares.

Sumire looked him up and down, "Not long enough."

"Can we talk? Somewhere private?"

"Anything you want to say to me you can say in front of my friends," Sumire narrowed her eyes.

Akihito chuckled putting his hands in his pockets walking forward, raising an eyebrow at Kyoya who stepped in front of Sumire.

"Come on now sweetheart, they don't know anything you'll just spoil the-"

Sumire hissed, "Oh I'm pretty sure they do know, and I'm not the two-timing egotistical cheater here."

Akihito and Sumire glared at each other silently, Honey and Mori looking ready to throw hands just in case. "Alright then, I'll keep my distance, would be a shame to destroy this little get together," Akihito sneered backing off raising his hands up as a surrender.

"Charming," Kyoya muttered placing an arm around Sumire and guiding them both towards Haruhi and Tamaki who tried to look like they weren't watching.

"Watermelon?" Haruhi offered sweatdropping.

"No thanks, lost my appetite," Sumire sighed ducking to avoid Tamaki who was about to tackle-hug her, "Nice to see you too Tamaki-senpai."

"My dear daughter! Where have you been?! You can't disappear like that without telling mommy or daddy!" Tamaki placed his hands on his hips as if scolding a child.

"I was with daddy. We slept together."

It took a few moments before Sumire realized what that had implied but was far too late, Tamaki looked like he was struck by lightning and the twins were hiding behind Haruhi trying to listen in.

"Not like that you guys come on," Sumire groaned a small pink in her cheeks.

Kyoya pushed up his glasses smirking, "Whatever do you mean? It was such an intimate night, perhaps you do not hold the same sentiment?"

"Of course I do- I mean, well-" Sumire stuttered out trying to find the words and hitting Kyoya in the arm, "We didn't do anything weird so shut it!"

After much relentless teasing Sumire had all but forgotten about the earlier interaction, sitting down with Haruhi, Tamaki and the ever present Kyoya who has resorted to his notebook writing.

"Anything new?" Sumire asked playing with her hair, the silver strands falling through her fingers like feathers

Haruhi slid Sumire a glass if iced tea, "You would never have guessed."

"Dang, I should've stayed it wasn't that bad after all," Sumire groaned slumping in defeat.

Laughing Haruhi took a deep breath taking in the fresh air, "Yeah, but you do have the tendency to run away from things, quite literally. Oh they're leaving, shall we?"

"Mhmm," Sumire stood up dusting her dress and holding a hand out to Kyoya to help him up, "About time."

Huddling together by the entrance the hosts waved goodbye to the Arai brothers, Sumire gave a small wave catching Akihito's eye who nodded towards her not saying a word.

Sumire stretched her arms up letting out a huge sigh, "Glad that's over," as they walked back inside. "Anything I can do to help today?"

"Nah you're good," Haruhi waved her off winking, "Shoo now enjoy the day, we'll talk later. Tell me everything."

"Kyoyaaa," Sumire called wandering around the pension looking for the vice president, "Kyoya? Hey Honey-senpai have you seen Kyoya?"

"Outside I think, writing," Honey mumbled through his cake, receiving a soft head pat in return, "Thank's Honey-senpai."

Sumire snuck up behind Kyoya placing both hands over his shoulders making him jump a little, "Kyoya."

"Yes Sumire?" Kyoya put down his pen turning his head to look over his shoulder.

"I thought of another demand for you."

"Oh? Pray tell then."

"Go out with me."
