"Who are they?"

Silence filled the room and an awkward tension ensued as no one moved from the shock of the words that had come out of Sumire's lips.

They didn't really know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't this. The doctor did assess that it may be a possibility, but a very small window of it.

Not soon after some nurses and doctors came in with a cart filled with medical supplies and shooed them all out.

"Haruhi I'm fine!" Sumire groaned trying to push the overwhelming amount of blankets Haruhi kept piling on top of her.

"Doctor said you need to stay in bed!"Haruhi pushed her back down, "Another week he said, so you can get better he said, I'll cook you dinner."

"Haruhi!" she pulled her down the bed with her, "I kinda want take out, and shouldn't you be getting home now? Your dad might worry and it's getting pretty late."

Outside her bedroom window the sky had dimmed in to a dark murky gray, the sun behind similarly gray clouds. Cold night air wafted through the open space and into her room, one that hasn't been touched ever since she had left.

"Dad is at work and he knows that I'm with you. Besides, I missed you, you know."

Sumire smiled a bit sadly taking Haruhi's hand, "I'm sorry, for being away like that."

"Don't say that, it's not your fault. And we caught the guy that hurt you," Haruhi sighed laying down beside Sumire.

"Did he go to jail?"

"I don't know actually, Kyoya-senpai did beat him up real good though."

Sumire tilted her head, "Kyoya-senpai? Who's that?"

"Kyoya, are you okay?" Tamaki asked moving over beside Kyoya.

The rest of the Hosts were already dropped off or went home in their own limos, but Tamaki decided to stay awhile, telling the driver he'll stop by Kyoya's.

His best friend didn't answer but instead fiddled with a locket in his hand before showing it to Tamaki who looked at it, "This is Sumire's?, Tamaki asked looking puzzled.

"The hospital took it off when she was rushed into the emergency room," Kyoya replied leaning back on his seat with a slump, "I was going to give it back to her today."

Tamaki couldn't really think of a reply, so he stayed quiet. Letting Kyoya play with the necklace absentmindedly, a sadness he had never seen on Kyoya's face before replaced his usual nonchalant ambivalent expression.

As the limo pulled into a stop in front of Kyoya's mansion Tamaki gave him a pat on the shoulder, "Come on, I'll stay over for tonight."

"You don't have to-"

"I'm staying over tonight," Tamaki pressed pushing Kyoya inside.

Sumire spent the next day lounging in her room, taking the environment in. There were some odd objects lying around that she wasn't familiar with, but according to Haruhi something she had owned through the course of the time she had  forgotten.

Her evening last night was spent with Haruhi narrating things that happened ever since she had stepped foot into her super rich high school, trying to jog her memory.

She had adopted a cat, in which is being taken care of by her grandmother, she joined a club that hosts initially as some sort of secretary, until she was promoted to a maid, and then a part-time host as well.

She had protected one of the host club members during an artificial tidal wave at a resort, beat up some guys at a beach, had a vacation in Karuizawa just right before her accident.

Picking up a picture frame by her bedside table it was one with her, Haruhi and the boys she had seen yesterday at the hospital. They were inside the summer vacation inn in Karuizawa, in the patio sitting on the stairs with some ice cream.

Her fingers brushed each unfamiliar face, stopping by the boy sitting beside her who was looking unamused at the ice cream that that was trickling down his hand.

For some reason this made her smile.

Placing it back down Sumire slid off her blankets and put her feet to the ground testing her balance. Ever since she got out of the hospital she was a bit clumsy on her feet, it'd be unfortunate if she fell and hit her head.

Sumire grabbed her phone that Haruhi had returned, it was all cracked and wont get past the lock screen, but the ports are all intact so Sumire figured that she'd transfer everything to her computer before getting a new one.

Connecting her phone to her laptop that was booting up Sumire sat down on her chair and swiveled around. Letting out a sigh of relief at the sound of the phone connecting to the computer, Sumire cloned all of her phone files and media into the laptop, a progress bar appearing on the screen and slowly filled up.

Continuing to spin on her chair, it slowly rolled to the side and Sumire's foot hit a box underneath her desk and toppling it over, it's contents spilling out onto the floor.

"What's this?" Sumire mumbled to herself sitting on the floor and pulling everything out from under the desk.

There were some stickers, an unopened scrapbook, some photographs, some of those colorful tape and a couple loose leaf sketches, an assortment of objects that were scattered throughout the box.

A couple of flower hairpins that looked way too expensive for something that she would buy, some receipts, a couple pens, old dried flowers and petals filled the box like a cushion.

Pulling out one of the photographs it was one with her and the boy with glasses, they looked like to be in some hallway, the sunset's rays that shone through the big glass windows making the picture look ethereal.

Sumire just stared at it for a while, it made her feel all warm and fuzzy. Haruhi didn't mention about her having a boyfriend, or was she just looking way too far into it? She didn't know.

Brushing the thoughts away Sumire took one last glance before turning it over to put it back in the box when something caught her eye.

"Our first picture together! Ootori-senpai should smile more >.<", is what it said. With a date on the upper left corner a few months ago.

This boy just kept appearing absolutely everywhere.
