“What does this even mean?” Isabella asked stepping forward to take a closer look.

She was struggling to process everything. Just looking at the displays on the wall making her stomach churn.

“Buddy.” Joe breathed, like he should have known, like it should have been easy to figure out.

Looking at the wall there was an obvious plan laid out that seemed to still be a working progress.

It was clear there was so much more to it than it originally seemed. It wasn’t just George’s parent’s money that was the issue here, it was the whole gang.

“I don’t understand.” Juliet turned to Joe, looking to him for some kind of guidance, some answers, to hope he fully understood what they were seeing.

Shaking his head, he walked over to the continuing of arrows and words that happened to be the big master plan. Studying it for a few minutes to ensure what he was seeing was exactly what it was, he then turned to the group.

“When he took the guys and Jess in, one by one, he wasn’t building a gang. He was building his bank balance.” He spoke each word with caution, unbelieving to the heartless man Buddy actually was.

When each of the members had been lost and homeless, with no means in life he had taken them in, creating what they thought was a replacement family.

That had never been Buddy’s plan. He had never wanted to create a loving home, a group of broken people who could rely on one another. He was just trying to earn himself a living.

Picking the guys and Jess out hadn’t been at random. He had chosen carefully, knowing the exact individuals he needed for his master plan.

Once he had figured that out, it was time to get what he wanted.

Their parents hadn’t died through natural gang causes.

Jess’ mum hadn’t killed Jess’ dad plainly because she was an evil bitch.

It had all been a part of Buddy’s plan.

“Buddy killed George’s parents Iz. He killed Matt’s and Josh’s too. He made Jess’ mum kill her dad, he knew she was completely out of it on drugs anyway, she would do anything she was told.” Joe tried to explain what he was seeing, in fear of if this was the right thing to do while Iz, Juliet and Jack all stood there.

“What? No. Scott killed George’s parents he admitted it!! That’s not right Joe, why would he do that?” Isabella tried to beg for a different answer to what they had all been trying to figure out, it didn’t make any sense to her.

“By killing them and taking in their children it meant he got the parents life savings. He’s fucking loaded with money that belongs to each of the gang.”

And that was exactly what Buddy had done. He had planned it all to perfection.

Killing a bunch of gang members with a huge bank balance and covering your tracks for it, meant you could take in their children and along with that you would also get their money.

“If any of that is right Joe, what about Jay? His parents are still alive! They were in Vegas, he saw them!”

Shrugging his shoulders, Joe didn’t have an answer to that. There were no signs as to why he wouldn’t need to kill them, yet Jay was still a part of this mess.

“I don’t know. We need to speak to Scott Iz, I don’t know everything, only what I can see.”

He seemed genuinely pained for the individuals in the room, but also the completely oblivious gang members who had already gone through utter hell in their lives.
