With the wedding party in full swing, Jack and Jess had been thrown around here, there and everywhere, greeting family members before finally coming back together.

“One more day and we’ll be out of here.” Jack leaned in, pressing his lips against hers.

“Mm, I can’t wait.” She wound her arms up and around his neck as they both moved in sync to the music.

Just as they had caught a bit of time alone, the loud shouting of Ellie was heard in the distance, alongside a certain Harvey Lawrence.

They both looked adorable all dressed up, yet Harvey seemed to find it fun to make a mess of his suit. He had been running around all over the show outside the church earlier on and it was now covered in mud.

“Look at you two!” Jack’s mum, Louise, grinned, proud written all over her face as she followed after the kids with Mia in her arms, who was now reaching out for Jack the moment she saw him.

“Alright mum, hold back the tears.” Jack smirked, and his brother Connor who was heading over with his Dad laughed.

“She cried less at our own damn wedding.” Jack’s Dad added as he swept Harvey up from the floor.

As the family stood together, Jess couldn’t help but smile, realising how lucky she had got to be taken in by the people surrounding her. She couldn’t have chosen better.

From the life she had grown up in to being openly accepted into this one, no one judging her or seeing her as the messed up girl most did. They just saw her as new edition to the Lawrence’s, and she couldn’t be more grateful.

“I want you to meet someone.” She turned to Jack, the thought of her sister in mind.

Jasmine had come along to the wedding, Jess inviting her reluctantly but liking the idea of having a member of her own family here.

Her and Jack hadn’t yet met and she knew it was about time they did.

Turning to his parents, he placed a kiss to Mia’s head as she was still straining from Jack’s mums arms in reach of her dad.

“She’ll start screaming when you walk away, so leave quick.” Jess laughed, looking to Louise.

From birth, Mia had been pretty much attached to Jack and was extremely fussy on anyone else who held her.

She was a complete daddy’s girl, the polar opposite to what Ellie had been. While she was all for Jess, Harvey had been a bit in between. He wasn’t too fussy between mum and dad, unless he was tired, then he’d be all whinny for the comfort from his mother.

As Jack’s family began to walk away, Jack laughed as Mia did exactly as guessed and began to cry. Shaking his head, he walked over to her, taking her from his mum’s arms, “come here, you softie” and he headed back over to Jess.

“Two of us need to meet someone.” He smirked and Jess rubbed her hand over Mia’s arm.

Jess’ sister was stood at the bar, drink in hand, no surprise there at all.

As they walked over, she turned, Jack’s face dropping and Jasmine’s lighting up.

“You can finally meet my sister…” Jess began, but before she could say anymore, Ellie had charged over to Jess, begging for her attention in taking her to the toilets.

“I’ll be back.” She grabbed Jack’s hand, before heading off with her daughter.

“Jack Lawrence.” Jasmine smirked. “No introductions needed.”

“I remember faces, not names.” Jack replied, not so amused by being reunited in the most unexpected situation.

“Jasmine. I’m sure Jess told you. Looks like we have the same taste in men… or you in women.”
