Chapter 33 Miraculous Switch (8)

Marinette's view

As I mentioned earlier, our date went straight down the toilet. It was a disaster, within seconds of arriving an akuma attacked.

"Sorry Marinette, I have to go to the toilet." Adrien said.

"Me too!" I quickly replied and rushed off to change into Ladybug.

Chat Noir was ahead of me and her attack hit him directly. It did not appear to do anything."What's the point of that attack?" He asked the akuma.

"Well, you will be punished for not doing what is on your schedule." The akuma laughed evilly.

I don't know why but this akuma was difficult to defeat despite being totally useless in attack.

Chat Noir did an unsuccessful cataclysm and hid to detransform and recharge his kwami. I don't know where he went to but Adrien was there so I checked he was ok. He then started talking weird after I asked him "Adrien, are you ok? You really should get away from the akuma."

"I'm fine M'Lady. But could you pawsibly check your schedule meow?"

"Geez, you sound like Chat"I say rolling my eyes. "But ok?"

I disappear from Adriens view and detransform, handing Tikki a cookie and look at my schedule. I let out a unholy shriek at what I read.

I was shocked to say the least, but I had a job to do.

"Tikki - Spots ON!" I say and go out with Chat Noir, who I now know to be Adrien. I could not believe it, the person I had been crushing on was my soul mate. I did not know what to do, I also loved Luka now, this fact was in the change - Luka was mentioned.

We defeated it not long after.

"Can we go back to your place, M'Lady?" Adrien asked.

"Sure, the movie is a bust now. Maybe Netflix?"

"Sure, we need to talk too."

I nod and head home, Chat Noir followed. We detransformed behind the bakery when no one was looking and walked in.

"Hey Mum and Dad! We missed the movies so we decided to come home and watch Netflix. Is that ok?"

"Sure Dear! Do you need anything?" Mum answered.

"Its ok Mum we will get things on our way up!" I say.

When we got to my room I ask "Do you think our schedules have changed back for good?"

"I don't know, but I hope so." Adrien said.

"Really? You're not disappointed its me?"

"No, I was hoping for it on your birthday. I was crushed that you weren't." Adrien said candidly.

"Shall we look together?" I ask sitting beside him on the sofa.

Adrien nodded.

and we hit the organiser.

I looked at Adrien's and he looked at mine. I was his soul-mate but Kagami was gone.

"What happened to Kagami?" I asked as she had told me that Adrien was her second chance.

"It didn't work out" he said "Luka did though I guess."

I nodded.

"What do you want to do?" Adrien asked "I can't say that I am happy about it but if it makes you happier to be with Luka" his voice got rough like he was struggling not to cry "I will let you go."

"I don't know what to do" I say "Because I love both of you equally."
