Chapter 24

Thanit's pov:

I frowned while staring at my phone screen.

It's already 9:00 pm.

Mew still hasn't come back home.

I haven't been able to reach him since he left to go to Forth's place.

I tried calling Forth, but he said he had left his place at 5.

I called him for the 10th time today.

Again it went to voicemail.

"What the fuck..." I couldn't help but mutter frustrated.

I looked to my side.

Ethan was sleeping soundly while hugging my waist so i couldn't move from here either.

I put my phone on the pillow and sighed deeply while massaging my forehead.

Where the fuck did he go...

I leaned my head back on the headboard as i kept running my fingers through Ethan's hair.

He better get back before 10. I'm calling the others if he doesn't.

More than I'm frustrated, I'm really worried about him.

He never stays out without telling me where he's going.

And he always makes sure to keep his phone reachable because there's no saying when Tae or any of the others will need him or me.

So this is very unusual.

And it's worrying.

Where did he go?

He left Forth's place 4 hours ago.

Mew's pov:

I glared at the people infront of me.

They were now shaking in fear and looking at me horrified.

I stepped closer to them and knelt to match their eye level.

"You had the nerve to actually contact Tae after doing that shit?" I growled lowly.

The flinched back.

"You sold him and Forth to that damn orphanage just to get money for some illegal deals. You knew damn well that orphanage was a base for child trafficking. And now you have the fucking audacity to say that you failed as parents simply because he has two fiancés that are men?" I hissed.

They visibly gulped.

"I wasn't planning on doing anything too drastic but I'm not sitting back anymore. You ruined both their lives just for the sake of your greed for wealth and money." I stood up.

Just then the door to the basement we were in opened and Max and Tul came in.

Their eyes turned cold the moment they saw them.

"They are the sperm donor and birth giver. Do whatever you want with them. I don't mind. Just don't kill them. That will be too merciful." I said as i went out patting their shoulders.

I went to living room of the mansion and sat down on the couch.

My blood was boiling.

Those bastards turned out to be worse than i thought.

I can't believe they had the nerve to contact Tae after pulling that shit.

I clenched my eyes shut and took deep breaths trying to calm myself down.
