Chapter 15

Will's pov:

I sighed as i stared out the window.

We've been driving around town since none of us wanted to go home just yet.

Blake has become completely non responsive since that incident happened.

Abbey said he was smiling when he woke up but he won't come out of his room.

And he won't let anyone go in either.

That music box is a big trigger not only for him but for Ethan and me as well.

Although we've managed to keep ourselves together somehow by distracting ourselves with the littles.

Tae is already anxious because of Blake and we can't add to that.

Aa 3 of us breaking down at the same time is not going to end well.

I frowned and moved a bit in my seat as those memories came crawling back.

"Will?" Mew glanced at me.

Thanit was also looking at me worriedly.

"You ok?" He reached out and held my hand.

"Yeah." I smiled.

I could tell from their expressions that they knew I was lying.

"Let's go home." Thanit looked at Mew.

"Yeah." He nodded and turned the car around.

I squeezed Thanit's hand slightly.

Dammit.

This is not good.

I can feel it coming.

The memories are starting to ring in my head.

I bit my finger trying to keep myself together.

"Hey. No." Thanit pulled my hand away from my mouth.

I bit my lips trying to stop my body from trembling.

I could feel my breathing was also starting to get erratic.

Mew pulled up to the side of the road and turned to me.

"Will. Look at me." He cupped my cheeks and made me look at him.

"Focus on us ok? Look around you and tell me what you see." He said firmly.

I gulped the lump in my throat and slowly started listing the things in the car.

I stopped when it wasn't helping to calm me down.

Someone switch with me, please... I reached out.

I need some time alone in my room.

I need to get these thoughts under control.

I stepped back from consciousness.

I suddenly felt small hands hug my legs.

I looked down and saw Kent looking at me worriedly.

"P'Will don't be sad. Kent will stay with you." He smiled.

I couldn't help but smile back.

I knelt and hugged him.

"You're really just like him." I muttered.

He hugged me back and patted me. "The others are resting so Kent will stay with p'Will."

"Thank you na Kent." I sighed softly.
