~Sage's Pov~

After the henchman knocked out Isaac, I ran to protect him.
When I got there, they grabbed me from behind and dragged me to a small room. I could have taken them if he hadn't have been knocked out.
Now, Isaac and I are tied to chairs.
When will he wake up?
It's almost been ten minutes.
Why did he touch the Asgardian Crystal? It is one of the most powerful gems on Earth. It hypnotizes the person looking at it to touch it. When they do, it sets off an alarm to the person that owns it and starts to disintegrate whoever touches it. It's supposedly from another world called Asgard where there are gods and mythical creatures.
I hear the guards run out and know it's time for action.
I bring my ring Isaac got for me to the rope. Lucky for us, I added a few adjustments.
It cuts right through it.
That's one of the reasons, I went back to get it.
I go over to Isaac and untie him.
He doesn't move, so being the good wife I am, I slap him.
He wakes up holding his cheek.
"What was that?" He asks shocked.
"First, you were an idiot and set off the alarm. Second, you wouldn't wake up. Third, I needed that," I say and open the vent in the room, "Let's go."
He starts mumbling about how it's not his fault.
I put my hand over his mouth and glare.
Then, he pulls my hand off and says, "Sage, I'm sorry. I didn't know."
"Now's not the time for that," I say and keep moving.
We reach the roof and see the tree.
Morgan and Garrick are sitting, while Clara and Brandon look like they are trying to stay as far as possible from each other.
This can't be good.
If he hurt her, I will carry out my threat.
Oh, I also have to make one for Garrick too.
So here's what my to do list looks like

Sage's To Do List

-Beat the crap out of Brandon
-threaten Garrick
-comfort Clara
-kill Isaac for getting us caught
-try to relax on the beach
-defeat Will Black III
-train
-control my powers
-finish my calculus homework

Nice list I know.
Isaac picks me up and flys to the top of the tree.
"Don't think this means I forgive you for setting off the alarm," I say as I'm getting down.
His smile turns to a frown.
I feel bad, but I have to kick Brandon's butt, so it can wait.
I jump down and look at them expectantly.
"Well," I say when no one says anything.
"Thank goodness you're okay," Morgan says as she hugs me.
"Took you long enough," I whisper, "What's up with Blara?"
"I have no idea. They won't talk or look at each other. It started when they came back from distracting the guards," she says worried.
"I'll find out tonight. Sleepover at your place?" I ask and she nods, "Oh, by the way, nice ring."
She sticks her tongue out while I smirk.
We catch two cabs. Girls are in one and guys in the other.
As soon as we get in, Clara starts crying.
Morgan holds her while I call a restaurant with her favorite food, steak.
I have it delivered to Morgan's room.
When we get to the hotel, the guys have found the steaks and are about to dig in.
"If you value your lives, I wouldn't do that," I say and they freeze.
"Sleepover in my room tonight," Morgan says and the guys grin, "Girl sleepover."
They look disappointed.
"And leave the steaks. Garrick, you're in Brandon's room tonight, and, Isaac, the bed is all yours," I say, and they quickly scatter.
Sometimes, it's nice to have everyone scared. But other times it's so lonely.
Once they leave, we eat the steaks.
Then, Clara tells us the whole story.
"I'm going to kill him!" Morgan says, mad.
"Don't bother. I got this," I say, smiling.
"Sage, what are you going to do?" Clara asks nervously.
"Well, I could hang him off the top of the building, tie him up and send him off into the ocean, or I know where there's a shark tank. Take your pick," I say, looking at her.
"I don't want something that violent. He is part of the team," she says quietly.
Wow, she must really like Brandon.
Last time this happened, I hung the guy from the flag pole, and she was over him in a day.
If he messes up again, I will do something no matter what Clara says.
We do face masks and pedicures, and she seems to feel better.
Then, she and Morgan fall asleep.
I go into the bathroom and text Isaac.
