TW: Slight panic attack
Winter's POV:
My eyes widened.
How the fuck did he know?
I tried to breathe in, but the lump in my throat prevented the air from going into my lungs.
Dream noticed my reaction, and with a very heavy smirk in his voice said,
"Knew you had something to do with The Blade."
I felt my eyes burn, I did not want to go back.
"Wilbur will be here soon." Dream continued as if I weren't about to cry.
With that he walked out.
I tried to calm my breathing, but I just couldn't.
I really did not want to go back to the life I had been living for the past 8 years.
Whenever I'm happy it gets ripped away.
I felt years streak down my cheeks.
I wiped the tears away with the back of my hand.
I sniffled.
I couldn't believe I was actually crying.
I hadn't cried in years.
No matter how much you'd been trained.
No matter how long I was left alone with my own mind.
No matter how many lifetimes it felt like I had lived.
I was just a fifteen year old.
And emotions always won that battle.
Narrator's POV:
Wilbur knocked on the giant wooden door that led into Eret's castle.
He was so worried about Winter.
She had already spent more than a day here.
Why the fuck would Dream kidnap Winter?
She wasn't a threat to him.
Oh shit.
Then Wilbur remembered the whole reason they hadn't spoken for more than half of her life.
She is a threat to him.
He sighed as the door opened.
Wilbur was in his L'Manburg uniform. He knew that Winter took president right now, but he also had a secret election to worry about.
Standing at the door was Dream himself.
"Come in, Wilbur. We have a lot to discuss."
