Winter's POV:

My breath hitched in my throat as Tubbo caming running in from one of the many entrances.

Why was Tubbo here?

He yelled about Schlatt's imminent arrival.

Wilbur stood up from beside me.

"How?!" He asked, running over to the short boy.

"He found my tunnels with Quackity." Tubbo said, panting.

Wilbur quickly turned to me. "Winter, I need you to hide. If Schlatt does get into Pogtopia, he can't know you're here." I nodded as he turned back to Tubbo.

I stood up, grabbing my bag and walked towards the far end of Pogtopia, where I'd seen a doorway.

I stepped inside to see a decently sized potato farm. I placed my bag down by the door. The sound of light snoring filled the quiet room as I walked towards the crops.

These definitely weren't Wilbur or Tommy's work. These were much better. Seeing as Tubbo was almost always with Schlatt, probably wasn't him either.

I recognised that only one person I knew could farm potatoes like this.

I walked towards the sounds and sure enough, passed out at the back of the farm, was Technoblade.

I chuckled a little. Techno hadn't always been a heavy sleeper. He would sleep for weeks on end and I'd have to wake him up just to check if he was alive.

He said it was his 'hibernation'. For me, it just meant I was lonely for a while every few months.

I went back to the door and sat down next to it. I ran through the things I would need to get in my head.

New weapons for myself and others, looks like food was covered, armour for others, Tubbo could get info.

That was basically it. So it was mostly just mining.

I thought about what I could make for my weapon. I had been trained in a lot of things, almost completely by Techno.

I was good with a sword and axe. Bows were nice but a little too far ranged of a weapon. I had always been fast so I excelled at hand to hand. I would always choose that over any other option.

Daggers were too small for me.

So I need something in between a sword and a dagger. Light weight but not so much that it's easy to drop.

Ok, I had a few ideas. I reached into my bag and pulled out a sketchbook, another thing I'd pack last minute.

I started to sketch as I worked out the smaller details. I wanted it to fold to give it the portability of a dagger with the size and grip of a sword.

I wasn't getting anywhere with my first page of sketches.

I decided to pull out my pocket knife to reference it. The sketching went a lot smoother once I had something to base it on.

It would basically be an oversized pocket knife. I decided I wanted two, one for each hand. I looked at my final design and smirked.

(This based off Rayla's swords from the Dragon Prince, as well as a pocket knife I personally own irl)

This would make me almost the perfect weapon, but I needed someone else's opinion.

I got up to poke Techno, since he was the person who'd trained me after all.

As I poked him in the shoulder with my pencil, he started to grumble.

"Morning Techno," I said as he opened his eyes.

"Winter?" He asked, croakily.

"The one and only." I replied, cracking a grin.
