My dearest Dante,

Thank you so much for your letter! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw you sent one. It's been a while since we've written each other. Unfortunately, it's been even longer since we've seen each other in person. We should get together some time and have tea.

I'm doing good. I have come to enjoy my life how it is now, and nothing much has changed since the start of it. Arthur isn't home much, so most of the time I have the entire house to myself! Sometimes I even sit in his fancy chair in his work room.

Don't you dare tell him that.

As long as you don't, there's no need to worry about me. You didn't explicitly state your worries in your letter. However, I know you longer than today. The worries were shining through your words a little.

Hereby I tell you not to worry. There's truly no need. He treats me agreeable, and I have nothing I lack here. I'm sure he won't murder me in my sleep.
