Skylar's POV ( few weeks later )
"Good Morning everyone" Mr. Walker clapped his hands together and started the meeting "as you know that we're going to complete 10 years of our magazine in November but its Late August for now and we have to do an quick update in our style before the anniversary lets start the presentation" he sat on his seat in the centre,I didn't even knew about this meeting its a surprise for me,Mr Walker told lily to tell me about it but she forgot....ya she forgot but I have an idea in my mind
For like 2 hours everyone was portraying their ideas with different themes and pattern about the magazine, and I was playing with the paper holder in front of me and Drank all the water in the small bottle,Mr. Walker rolled his eyes a couple of times when he catched me doing nothing not even looking at the presentation, he's disgusting "So everyone is done except Ms. Watson" he glared at me "As our junior editor its your job to look after this" he drummed his long fingers on the desk
"Sorry Mr. Walker I haven't made any presentation,lily didn't tell me about anything but I want to say one thing you focus on the people who read your magazines"
"How can I do that ?"
"Ask random people about their interests and about their life and write articles about their daily life struggles not about Models whose life stories we already know like we have published the same stories a lot of time and keep the theme more colorful,like we have our current theme grey and black its depressing and dull" I shrugged
"But Skylar, That's what people love dark and dull and models are important" some employee spoke
"People didn't told you that right ? I think we should actually do a survey or poll about it on our website and social media and about models I think we should introduce new struggling faces than already famous celebrities"
"What about articles what we can change in them ?" Someone asked me
"Articles are perfect I read them daily,but I think we should write about local restaurants and locations and people" I grinned
"You shouldn't jump to conclusion you're youngest among us and What do you think Mr. Walker ?"
"Really Good idea Ms. Watson I would love to think about it and everyone you all did a good job,I have to discuss with dad before taking further any steps, Meeting Dismiss" I nodded and normally walked towards my office,its past lunch time,I am really hungry and I have to pick up Katie too its exhausting working here,Wait I have to call mom and liam also,days just doesn't go so easily

"Mommy who is your favorite Peppa or George?"
"No one" I shook my head, looking at the same old weird episode of Peppa pig "you should actually watch Tom&Jerry they're better" I shrugged
"No I love peppa she's cute"
"No,she literally hang up on that sheep for whistling, she's rude its her problem that she can't whistle" After saying that I face palmed myself what am I doing arguing with my kid for a stupid show Disgusting "I am going to drop you at your daycare earlier tomorrow"
"Owee sorry" she slapped her forehead "daycare close tomorrow"
"And when were you going to tell me that ?" I rolled my eyes Lexi and liam are on their family holiday,Ya I came to know that when I called him after lunch,I don't have any choice I have to take her with me to the office I hope everything goes,and especially that rude ass Walker should be okay "well I am going to take you to my office"
"Ok" she nodded
"You better behave" I said strictly
