Skylar's POV

"Katie finish your food" I said in a sleepish voice and took a sip from my black coffee, I am not complaining but I am having a very bad headache, I hardly got any sleep last night and then arguing with Justin is another headache I stood from my chair and went to my kitchen for another refill yeah its my 3rd coffee but I have placed the purple lilie in a vase near the window its beautiful and peaceful looking at them while even pouring my coffee, I took a deep breath and then again took a seat on my chair

"Mommy my tummy is full" Katie patted on her stomach

"Ohk" I rolled my eyes "give it to me" she passed me her plate which still have 1½ toast and fruits, the way she says I'm hungry and orders more food and then doesn't even finish it
scars me a lot, she has been doing it a lot

"Good morning Sky and my little girl" Justin kissed her head and sat beside her

"Daddy" Katie jumped in his arms and wished him good morning and they started talking about yesterday and how much she loves him and how much she missed him and blah blah blah, for real I hate these talks they make me cringe a lot
my kid forgot the time when I was with her,I kept her inside me for 9 months, and for last 3 years 5 months and few days but she loves her dad not at all fair, I have a sudden urge to tell her that he wanted to abort her but she's too small to understand

"Sky" I nodded "Are you free today ?" I nodded again "let's just go out let's.....just go to zoo I was planning on taking you guys from a long time" I nodded

"Wait...Zoo wow you can take her" I shrugged

"We're going I mean you ,me and Katie and you'll be coming with us,its Saturday after all holiday time"

"Ya" I nodded "what do u wanna have for breakfast?"

"Nothing I'll cook for you instead and I still remember your favorite breakfast,bacon and scrambled eggs" I smiled at him he still remembers it even though I don't eat it a lot now, earlier it was my casual breakfast, I last ate it at my mum's house

"Thanks but I had my breakfast"

"Oh no problem but do you remember when I used to sneak in your room with pizza or other snacks and we used to watch different movies and you used to sleep in my arms"

"I do" I smiled unfortunately, no matter how much I hate him, they were the best days of my life, dad made it difficult and he made it easy

I smiled at Katie she looking back and forth between us smiling its new for her to watch her parents talking and laughing and enjoying, she never had a normal family like her friends "Katie let's go, I'll give you a bath" She picked her in my arms and she waved at Justin

"Mommy you love daddy ?"

I raised an eyebrow and chuckled "I used to" I shrugged "sweetie love is a difficult thing its so complex that you can either live with it happily or die without it so I can't answer your question now but it was a time when I loved him" I smiled and she pouted I know everything went above her head but she's 3 ,Love is a complex subject for adults sometimes, I undressed her night suit and throwed it in the laundry bag "bath time" I tickled her on her chubby tummy "my cubby cutie" I kissed her cheek

"Mommy Giraffe" Katie pointed at a Giraffe "he tall" she giggled in Justin's arms "I want his neck" she pouted

"Why you want such a long neck ?" Justin asked, I nodded and laughed,like just imagine a normal human having such a big neck it would be awful and funny

"I would eat all day" she said throwing her arms in air and almost hitting Justin's face but he dodged it, I shook my head at her silliness,from last hour we're just roaming around the zoo wait we're not roaming she's dragging us towards different animals and till now her favorites are monkeys and lions,ya she thinks lions are brave but lazy and monkeys are idiots but active,its her thinking I don't know anything about animals
