Skylar's POV

Justin: Hey Sky meet me at my house now,I have tell you something which I forgot to tell you yesterday its urgent

Me: can't we just chat or call me ?

Justin: No using phone is risky please its important

Me: okay on my way

"Katie sweetie what are you doing?" I asked her as I looked away from my phone

"I am drawing" she grabbed the paper and showed me the drawing "This you" she pointed at a tall girl that's probably me "this dad" she pointed to Zach who's beside me "and Me" she pointed at her she's standing on my right side holding hands with me "and daddy" she pointed to Justin who's beside her "our family" she giggled

"This is so beautiful sweetie but Mommy has some work I am meeting daddy, so Anna will look after you"

"Okay" she nodded "but wait" she grabbed another paper from her small desk "mommy give to daddy" I unfolded the paper it was a drawing of her and Justin holding hands and 'I love you Daddy' written on top with pink crayon. I smiled at the cute drawing and tugged it in my jeans

"I'll give this to him" I kissed on her cheek and adjusted her sweater "its cold don't go out" I smiled and she nodded. After talking to her I went out to meet Anna who was waiting outside while I was talking to Katie "Anna Katie is alone and I'm going out though we have full security but please take care of her and contact me if she wants something" I sighed

"Okay mam I'll take care of her you shouldn't be worried about her" she gave me an assuring smile

"Okay Thanks" I nodded and went to my room to change I didn't change much just grabbed my overcoat and scarf before grabbing my gun from my dresser. I slipped it in the back pocket of my jeans it'll be hidden there. Thank God I learned a little bit of self defense in middle school and Now Zach helped me to learn some moves and especially firing a gun "Jeff you're coming with me ?" I asked him as I went towards our personal elevator

"Yes mam your protection is more important to me than anything else Frank is ready with the car" I nodded and left our penthouse with him following closely behind me. I don't know why is Rebecca doing this to us and even if it is on us why she's involving Katie in this and even Justin now. After a long 45 minute drive we reached his house, I haven't stepped in Justin's house in last 5 years, his parents and sister always hated me because I didn't belong to their standards "Jeff stay here..."

"But mam--"

"Don't worry it's just Justin and I have a gun if anything will happen I'll shout or atleast try to call you" he nodded and stayed out.

I reached for the bell and pressed the button few times but no one responded so I knocked on the door few times but no one responded again . I pushed the door a little and realized that the door is unlocked, I placed my hand on my gun but didn't take it out "Justin" I shouted but no response I took small and slow steps towards his living room "Justin where are you ?" I called out and entered the room it was empty but it smelled a little bad like a dead rat or something, I took steps towards the kitchen but.....

"Oh my God Justin" I shouted "Oh no" I saw him laying down behind his couch his body pooled in blood "Justin" I kneeled beside his body "Wake up" I gulped and tears pooled in my eyes

How did this happened? Why ? Just why ?

I kept my hand on his body he has lost a lot of blood and his body smells like a rotten metallic piece of meat "Justin....how? Why? No" I shook my head "No this can't happen No No" I grabbed his wrist and checked his pulse, his heart is not beating. He's dead "No Justin you can't leave me or Katie she loves you she's your daughter you can't leave us" I gulped and cried out as hard as I can "Zach I should call him" I murmured "Jeff" I shouted "JEFF"
