"What you did in the daycare sweetie?" I asked her while she was playing with my hair strand she twirled it between her fingers curling them
"I played with Connor and we both draw together" she giggled
"He's your boyfriend ?" I laughed, she once told me she wants to be with him forever and he gave her a paper ring, it was cute but torn and messy
"No mommy" she shouted and giggled
"Ok baby" I laughed she's so cute, I am so lucky to have her by side, my little baby girl, I can't imagine her growing up. It feels like yesterday when she was born, it took me 9 months for her to teach how to say 'momma' I remember we were sitting in my backyard and I was holding her while she tried standing up, she gripped my hands tightly that day when she was successful in standing without any support she said "momma" and I lost it that day I was so emotional she said that and Then she jumped back into my arms, laughing and talking in her baby language and well her first steps credit goes to liam he helped her in walking and when she did we both felt like proud parents, well I am and he isn't we have recorded her 1st steps and Katie watches it quite often, she blushes when she sees herself and her 1st birthday was ironic, we celebrated it with Kayden and Brian. Richy and mom wasn't able to make it and after cutting the cake Katie puked on Kayden and cried and cried for hours it was almost impossible for me to quite her, she's growing up so fast
"Katie you know when you were a small baby, you cried a lot" I said to her
"No" she pouted
"You did, mommy used to be awake whole night, carrying you"
"Sorry mommy"
"Awww don't say that baby, you're the best kid in the world, you don't cry now even when you're injured my brave baby" I smiled and with one hand I ruffled her hairs, she have hazel eyes like me She looks so beautiful in them
"Yeppy I don't cry, I am strong" she scrunched her nose that made her eyes squint
"We're home" I said while parking in the garage, Katie jumped out of the car in a hurry yeah peppa pig is more important than anything "Don't run" I shouted and grabbed hers and my bag from the back seat, when I reached the front door It was already opened but I have the keys, I frowned and walked into the living room "Katie was the door--Oh Justin" I whispered when he was switching on the TV for her I simply walked upstairs into my room without making any eye contact or small talks, I kept Katie's bag into her room and mine in my room, I did few stuff like plugging the devices on charge, grabbing my dirty clothes etc. Then I started cleaning my room basically changing bed sheets and rearranging my cupboard
"Hey" I heard him and he leaned against the door frame
"Hi"
"Sorry I--"
"Its fine, you have the spare key you can come here, no problem" I tucked the sheet under the mattress, Fuck I have to leave him, I should talk now If I see him with Katie laughing and being happy I would back up again "We have to talk Justin"
"About what ?" He shrugged
"Close the door" I ordered
"What ? You ?" He smirked
"Oh fuck No, we are not having sex, I have to talk and I don't want Katie to even hear our voices" I placed my hands on my hips "What's going on ? like between us ?" I waved my hand back and forth between us
"What do you mean ?"
"Justin I can't do this I am done, I don't want anything between us we can't be a couple or even think about it as a matter of fact" I ran my hand through my hairs, my heart has taken a huge pace, its beating rapidly
