46 - Forgive

Taehyung was sitting on the tool which was placed on the left side of the bed on which Jungkook was lying unconsciously.

It's been 20 hours but there is no movement received from Jungkook. He's currently trying his best to stay positive.

It is near 5pm, Ofcourse jhope and his mother went home as well as jisoo and Baekhyun. Yoongi is still outside.

Jhope told him that he will come back in some time, after leaving her mother home and to bring something to eat for them.

He let out sigh as he stared at Jungkook wth a guilty face and just when he remembers the last words jungkook said to him, his eyes always get teary.

How could he not understand him? Because he was busy trying to pull his own pieces together that he left the pieces of Jungkook's heart on the floor?

He never tried to pick them back together but instead stepped on them again and again.

His heart felt heavy with just the thought of jungkook never waking up again. He now understand that he was the one being selfish.

He should have atleast forced Jungkook to tell him what exactly happened or should have waited for him to tell him, himself when he will be ready to do so or should have believed him.

But he did nothing and told his heart again and again to hate jungkook and made himself believe that he is worth his hate and everything he was receiving.

He made himself believe that staying away from Jungkook will be the best for both of them. He won't remember Tae Yi as soon as he sees jungkook. He'll forget both of them as time passed but nothing happened.

They both are suffering so much because of his stupidity not only them but seokjin as well. He brought Seokjin is this mess well.

Now seokjin left him without any note of if he'll ever meet him again and on the other hand, jungkook is lying on the bed with his eyes closed.

Who knows if he's going to leave him as well? What will he do then? Jungkook has always been special to him, he loved him so much, like a brother would do.

He always thought that he'll protect him and will always believe in him no matter what.

He promised himself this but why couldn't he complete his promise? Why did he broke the promise he made to himself!?

He regrets those moments when Jungkook was Infront of me but he was unable to, he didn't cherished him. When seokjin was right Infront of him but he couldn't tell him, his true feelings?

After all, it's true that a human never understand something's value until he/she loses it.

It's the same for Taehyung. His one and only last wish, that he could go back into time.

He would go back and then he would stay with jungkook, he would express his feelings to seokjin so everyone would have been happy.

He would go and try to know what exactly happened that day, the his happiness crushed actually not his but Jungkook's.

Jeon Jungkook was a happy boy, wasn't he? He used to smile all the time excluding the fact that he didn't had his parents.

He was always grateful to his uncle and aunt for doing so many things for him even though his uncle Said so many harsh things to him but he never said anything bad about him.

He always helped people who was In need, he was always kind towards everyone.

So why did he suffered so much? What did he ever do to bear so much pain?

As Taehyung was looking at Jungkook, he Lightly smiled, a small sad smile, A small guilty full smile, a small hurtful smile.

"I am just so sorry jungkook...I hope you can forgive me but please...get up once...I'll make up for everything i did...I'll do everything you'll say but please just open your eyes once.

I promise to you that you'll be very happy after, no matter what happens, I promise to you that I'll care for you, Believe you, I won't even resent you even if you decided to kill me, okay?

You won't even go to jail, I promise you...I'll believe you more than my own self no matter whatever happens just once...

Open you eyes and talk with me, yell at me for doing that to you...

P-please..."

His voice cracked as he again started crying, feeling so so bad.

"I'll never be able to forgive myself...I know I deserve it...I do but please don't do this..."

He leaned his head on the corner of the bed and the cover was getting wet because of his tears.

His hands was on top of Jungkook's, Yoongi was watching from the little transparent window on the door.

Taehyung breath hitched and he immediately looked up when he felt a movement, he felt Jungkook's finger moving.

He looked at him with so much hope, "J-JUNGKOOK?"

He noticed how his eyes were slowly opening and his lips was moving slowly.

He slowly leaned his ear down to hear what he was trying to say

"Tae...hyung..."

He looked back at him with a red, teary face. Jungkook face moved a little looking at taehyung.

Ofcourse yoongi also noticed that he's even awake, he felt the urge to break in immediately but he didn't wanted to.

He decided to give them some time. So he turned around and walked back a little.

"Thank god...you're finally awake, I thought--"

He smiled between tears streaming down his cheeks.
