Chapter 16

Hayes's POV

My whole world came crashing down a few days ago I found out Jess cut and now Emily cuts. It's all my fault. It's all my fault! When Jess cut it was my fault now Emily is cutting an its my fault. Why do I always break people. I want to fix not break. I wanna be a knight in shinning armor saving the damsel in distress. If I really want that to be me I'm gonna need to step up my game and not cheat.

Jess's POV

Hayes walked into Emily's room and at first they were fighting but then they were happy and hugging. It was weird but I can already tell Emily forgave him. Which I don't personally agree with but if she is happy I'm happy. I hope Hayes doesn't hurt her again and if she does I swear I will make his life a living hell.

~the next day~

I woke up as happy as can be. Last night Johnson asked me to be his girlfriend and I obviously said yes! He's just the cutest person ever.
I stretched then gave JJ a kiss on the cheek. I was hoping not to wake him I mean I wanted to make him a nice breakfast since he always cooks for me. Which don't get me wrong it's really nice but I never get to do anything for him but right now that's gonna change. I raced downstairs to get everything out. I decided to make him waffles. Which I know they're simple to make but he loves waffles especially with chocolate chips.
I heard the stairs and saw the blonde haired boy I fell in love with not to long ago. Gosh every time I see him I melt.
"Geez babe you didn't have to do this." Johnson said whole-heartedly.
"Trust me I wanted to plus I never get to do things for you so... today we are going on a fun day together." I said excitedly.
"Alright what's the catch."he smirked.
"You can pay for anything I am paying for everything and you can't say no."
"Oh c'mon that's not fair. The prince always treats his princess."
"Well my darling prince I guess things change."
I kissed him and have him his stack if waffles. I swear I blinked and they were gone he is an eating machine.

~later that day~

We were walking down the beach just like our first date. Hand in hand my head resting upon his shoulder. I felt like we needed to relive our first date since we had to go to the house and help Emily. Which I am happy we helped but I wonder what would've happened if we stayed here and did God knows what. What really could've happened? Would our relationship be different?

Sorry this chapter is short I have a huge class project coming up an need to present in front of the whole student body might I mention I have stage fright. Also this book is ending soon and I want you to vote on which ship you wanted to happen through out this book.
