It was a Sunday , Vishwa , jaya ,arjun shalini and Sruthi where settled at the living room after lunch having some random talks.
" ahh" sruthi winced.
Shalini: Anni ena achu? ...she asked, panicking.
Sruthi: Kaiya kudu.. She took it and placed it on baby bump.
Shalini looked at her confusingly and smiled enthusiastically when she felt a kick.
Shalini: anniii paapa kick panra..
Jaya: nejamava?
Sruthi: Ama ma first kick.. She said happily.
Jaya: enga na Pakara..
She said and placed her hand on her baby bump and smiled when she felt a kick.
Jaya: Aii Ama sruthi.. Ipa than first time feel panriya?
Sruthi: ama ma..oru mari nalla iruku..
Jaya: Apdi tha irukum...
Sruthi smiled contently caressing her baby bump While and Arjun and Vishwa looked at her with so much love and affection.
Arjun: Aii ena niga matu.. Feel pana pothuma... ava en marumaga nanu panuvan.. He said while getting up from his place.
Jaya: daii athu Ella venda.. Pesama.. Ukaruu..
Arjun: amma yen ma.. Na panuvan..
Jaya: deii oru time sona keka mata pesama poi ukaru..she said in a stern voice.
His face fell and he sat back on the couch.
Shalini: ma yen ma vidungala.. Aasaiya kekuraru illa.. She said, earning a glare from jaya.
Shalini fell silent after it .
Shalini: yen anni amma yen kova padaranga.. Avuru evalo aasaiya ketaru.. Ithula ena iruku.. She whispered to Sruthi.
Sruthi: avunuku tha purila unakuma purila.. She whispered back.
Shalini: puriyala
Sruthi: makku ithu ella avan unkita ni pregnant ah iruka apa matu feel panna vendiyathu.. Athu tha Amma avana venda sonanga.. She whispered and turned to join the conversation with others.
Shalini blushed hearing sruthi but just in the next moment her face changed with the realization of the reality. This has become her usual for the past few days.In mind she was clear about their divorce and their current relationship but her heart felt happy when something like this happens. She was not sure what made her feel like this, making her deal with a war between her heart and mind. She soon pushed back her thoughts and started to mingle with others.
Arjun walked to the main door to check on when he heard the doorbell ring and found Prakash and a girl
Arjun: va da ..va ma
Jaya: yaruda athu
Prakash: na tha ma.. He said getting in.
Shalini: Aii Anna vanga .. She said happily and walked towards him.
Prakash: yen angaya nikara Ulla va... he said to the girl who was standing outside.
Shalini: yaru na... She asked while peeking out the door and in the meantime everyone walked towards Prakash.
Prakash: iru solara
The girl entered and others welcomed her but Shalini stood there frowning.
Arjun: shalini yen ipdi nikara ?
