Clays POV

The parking lot was filled with less people then I thought there would be in the first place. Of course there were still people in the lot, but not as many. The graduation party was still on so everyone was still inside talking and catching up before it all ended. For me and Scott, we left early to do some things for ourselves on our own time, we decided. He would be leaving tomorrow anyways, so it would be better if we had some moments to ourselves before he left of course. I find it unfair that his parents are forcing him to leave so early, but we can figure it all out somehow.

None of us spoke to each other during the whole walk to the car. Maybe we both were just in some kind of deep trance, stuck in our thoughts thinking about everything at once. I hopped into the passenger seat of his car as Scott got into the drivers seat, and off we went.

"Where to??" He asked. I honestly don't know where I want to go anymore, at this point I would go anywhere with him. "Why don't we just hangout at your place, like we agreed earlier?"

"Sounds good"

Scott then turned up the radio and played some music inside the car at a medium tone. I glanced over and watched him as he gently bobbed his head to the music, quietly lip singing the lyrics. I half smiled as I admired him.

He started to glance at me as he was quietly jamming out to his music. He started to smile. "What?" He smirked. I turned and looked out the window.

"No no it's nothing, keep doing your thing" I replied.

"You wanna sing with me??"

I laughed as he said that. "Yeah no, I don't sing" I muttered. His smiled only got bigger as I spoke, and I knew he definitely wouldn't stop bothering me about that after this. "Oh come on Clay, everybody sings at least once a day. Give it a try" he suggested.

I rolled my eyes. "Alright fine, put on some good music for us then" I smiled.

Scott looked through the car and pulled out a 2010s greatest hits CD. He slid it into the dvd and the music began playing. Shockingly, I started to feel energetic as Don't stop the party by pitbull began playing. The intro of the song was slowly building up, and me and Scott were both bobbing our heads to the song.

Then when that one awesome part of the song arrived, we looked at each other and sung loudly, "I said, y'all having a good time out there! Yeahh, yeahh, yeahh, que no pare la fiesta DONT STOP THE PARTY!"

"WOOOO" I shouted once more, throwing my hands in the air at the same time. Scott laughed as  I did too.

"See Clay?! It's so much fun!" He said as he was dancing around in his seat. "I knowww" I responded. We continued to bob our heads and sing for the rest of the song, I didn't know the full lyrics too well so I just was dancing around most of the time. Meanwhile, Scott was absolutely killing it with the lyrics. I had reminded him a few times to keep his eyes on the road. We didn't wanna jam out to hard that he wasn't focusing on the road. That would get us in a massive accident which is what I'm afraid of.

We listened to countless more songs by various artists, there were a couple one direction songs that popped on followed by other pitbull songs, and some singles that various artists made then disappeared. Take somebody that I used to know by Gotye for example.

Not to our surprise, we ended up doing a full five laps around our neighbourhood listening to the songs. We were just to into it at this point. We did that for about 45 minutes before the playlist finally ended.

"Alright, MaYBe it's time to go bACk- oh my god" my voice cracked twice. Scott burst out laughing and so did I.

"Yeah maybe we should definitely give your voice a rest, sound good?" He laughed out again.
