Part 16- I'm gonna have to tell him

Scott's POV

Waking up next to clay gave me butterfly's in my stomach, I blushed slightly as I looked over at him noticing how cute he looked sleeping, which made me smile. I slowly turned to my left to check the time on my phone, which read 7:52am. I groaned in frustration knowing we had to go to school today, which meant getting up which is what I did not want to do. I got up and changed quickly before walking over to clay, who was still sleeping, to wake him up. 

"Clay wake up" I said as I shook him lightly to get him awake. He slowly opened his eyes and looked up at me. 

"Shit.. I forgot about school" he quietly said as he slowly sat up in my bed. He got out of it, stretching his arms in the air and stood up in front of me. 

"Good morning to you too" he said with a small grin on his face. 

I smirked "oh sorry, good morning to you". 

He rolled his eyes and smiled as he bent down to the floor, picked up his shirt and put it over his head as I walked to my washroom and began to get ready. Once I was done changing, I headed down the stairs assuming clay could be there already, and he was, he was standing at the front door waiting for me. 

"Are you just gonna go to school with the clothes you wore yesterday?" I asked him while I was putting my shoes on. 

"Well of course not, I'm going to stop at my place on the way and change quickly" he replied with a small smile. 

I smiled back at him, we walked out my door and started heading for clays house, which was pretty much on the way to school as well. None of us spoke the whole way to his house, slightly sharing glances at each other while walking but no speaking, it was comfortable silence.

As we reached his house he darted up his steps "hey you can go to school without me if you want I might be a bit" he says as he stops at the top steps.

"Are you sure?"  

"Yeah yeah, I'll be fine, I'll probably meet you there or something?" 

"Yeah that sounds good" I replied as I started walking away "I'll see you". 

"Yeah, I'll see you later Scott" Clay mentioned before turning towards his door.

As I was walking away I could hear clays door being opened and a voice coming from it, and of course, it was Justin. 

I faintly heard him say "So clay how was your night with your boyfriend???" Justin said mocking clay. 

"Oh shut up Justin" I heard clay respond to him, I then heard their door close and then silence. I could feel my face begin to go all red while I was grinning like hell. As I was continuing to walk to school, I couldn't stop thinking about clay the whole way.

I walked through the front doors of liberty to find Zach standing by the lockers looking at me, almost like he was waiting for me to arrive. I felt confused as I watched him run up to me while beginning walking beside me.

"Hey dude, we're you with Clay yesterday?"

I was surprised at his question "Yeah, how did you even find out?" We both walk down the hallways to our lockers. 

He replied with a small grin "I asked clay if he wanted to hangout with me yesterday, but he told me he would be off with you for the day, what did you guys do at your house anyways?". 

"Well we hung out, why are you asking?" 

"No reasons at all, I was just curious" Zach shrugged it off.

We stayed silent while we reached our lockers, I quickly put away all of my things before Zach did, I grabbed one of my textbooks before shutting my locker.
