Until I collided into you (Scott x Clay fan fiction)

Part 9- Just a unique day on the boardwalk

Clays POV

We arrived at the boardwalk at about 10:00am, It was a pretty long drive, but totally worth it as I hopped out of the car I could feel the fresh ocean breeze on my face, I could hear the yelling of the people on all the rides and having fun, it was pretty busy. 

"So what should we do first guys?" Asked tony 

"Hmm" Said Justin with his hand on his chin, "I BET I CAN BEAT YOU ALL TO THE ARCADE" he yelled as he started running towards the gates of the amusement park.

I laughed and ran after him, followed by tony and Scott, we all quickly paid money before entering the gates, we continued to run to the arcade that wasn't that far from the entrance, as we went inside, there were a lot of kids everywhere playing the arcade games, but we all knew it would be worth the wait.

We hung out at the arcade for an hour or so, we managed to figure out who in our group were the best gamers and who wasn't, Justin is the best gamer in this group, followed by Scott then tony then I was the worst, not a surprise! I still had a lot of fun anyways though. We all walked back outside and began walking around, looking for rides to go on and things to do. We made comments and our opinions on the rides to see which ones to go on first, that's when we all stopped in front of the largest ride on the boardwalk, the roller coster.

"We should all go on this one!" Yelled Scott

I backed up a few steps, i wasn't the biggest fan of roller coasters "Hah no thank you"

"Come on clay! You should come on with all of us" Tony smiled a hopeful smile, definitely   hoping for me to come on.

Justin then grinned and happily jogged over to me and whispered in my ear, "You could sit next to Scotty~" 

My eyes went wide as I shoved him away from me "Ok ok I'll go"

"YESS" 

We walked into the line up for the roller coaster, my heart sure was beating fast since I was pretty nervous, the line up began to move slowly as the operators began to put people onto the ride, soon enough, the operators began to put Justin and Tony in the second row, then... oh god... me and Scott were put in the front. 

As we both sat down in the seats of the coaster, my breathing began to get heavy as my anxiety began to kick in a little. 

"Jesus Christ" I said while nervously laughing 

"Hey you'll be ok, I promise you" 

I looked to see Scott smiling as me, I smiled back and blushed "I really hope so"

That's when the operators locked us into our seats and the ride began to move, I was horrified as the ride began to move up hill, up, and up, and up. The further it climbed, the faster my heart beat went 

"You can see the whole boardwalk from here!" Tony yells from behind me

I looked out towards the horizon, we really could see everything from here, it was amazing! I could feel a smile begin to form onto my face as I admired the views below. I looked to see what Scott was doing beside me, he seemed to be admiring the ocean, I'm not surprised.

But suddenly I could feel the coaster begin to change directions, and I mean by directions, we were going up before. My heart sank as we began to decline at high speeds 

"Holy shiiiiiiiiiiIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" I felt like I was yelling my own lungs out as we did all these funky twists and turns, going upside down, going up and down more hills, it was completely insane! I began to smile knowing that I wasn't really afraid anymore. But before I knew it, the ride had finished.
