Until I collided into you (Scott x Clay fan fiction)

Part 8- Saturday Morning

Scott's POV

When clay asked me to stay with him, I was glad he asked me that because I wanted to, But I don't think I would have had the balls to ask him, So gladly he asked me first. I started walking out of his room when he asked me, I turned around and accepted his request quickly, Climbing into his bed with him and pulling him close to me, we fell asleep not that long after. 

I feel happy knowing he feels safe with me, I will continue to protect him as long as I can. There's no way I'm letting Bryce or Monty get to him now, I won't let him get hurt. But i must say, I guess I really do like Clay.

Morning

I woke up, I checked the time, it was about 8:30am, I looked and seen clay beside me still. He's so looks cute when he sleeps, I smiled and wondered if I should wake him up or not, I'll just let him sleep for now I guess. I got up carefully, making sure to not wake him up, I stood up and went downstairs to the kitchen, hoping to find something to eat quickly, I didn't expect anyone to be in the kitchen, my expectations were wrong. I turned the corner to the kitchen, Justin and tony are sitting at the table drinking coffee and talking. 

Justin notices me, "hey Scott, thanks for bringing clay home last night" he says happily. 

"Yeah no problem" 

"Is Clay still sleeping?" Tony asked 

"Yeah.." I responded blushing at the thought of clay. 

Tony and Justin both looked at each other and grinned. 

Justin then turned back towards me "Do you and clay got something going on?" 

"um no?..."

"Interesting" Tony said while giving me a look "so then how do you explain you two were sleeping together?" 

"um, well I-I don't know" I said nervously 

Tony laughed "Yo can you go wake him up? We are going out of town today and we are suppose to leave at 9:00am because it gets really busy later in the day" 

"Sure" 

I ran upstairs to Clays room, opened his door, walked over to his bed and slightly shook him awake, he opened his eyes slowly and looked up at me. 

"Hey" I sad to him smiling "Tony and Justin told me to wake you up" 

He smiled back "Hey, oh yeah we were going to the Santa Cruz boardwalk today, Do you wanna tag along?" 

"Wow that one? The one with the amusement park?" I was pretty surprised

"Yeah that one, you don't need a ticket or anything to get in, you just need money" 

"Well I mean, I don't think I should go, I don't have money on me right now" I felt sad

Clay smiled "Dude I'll pay for you"

I chucked "no you don't need to do that" 

"Yes I do! You deserve it, you've been protecting me for almost 2 weeks now, I'm paying you back" 

"Are you sure???"

"Yes I'm 100% sure" 

At that point I felt really grateful "Wow, um, thank you so much" 

"It's really no problem" Clay smiled at me "You go wait downstairs, i just needs to get ready first"

"Yeah sure, I'm just gonna go downstairs with Justin and tony"  

"Sure I'll meet you guys down there in a second" 

I walked down the stairs and went into the kitchen with Justin and tony. 

"So wait Scott, do you want to go with us to the Santa Cruz boardwalk?" Justin asked me

"Clay already asked me" 

"Alright so you gonna come?" 

"I guess I am, also he said he would be down in a second" I said while gesturing to Clays room 

About a couple of minutes later, clay came down the stairs "alright let's go you guys"

Justin then smirked "Took you long enough!" 

"Oh shut up Justin it's not like I take longer then you"

We all laughed as we walked out to the front of his house, hopped into Tony's car and drove off. The drive would take about an hour, so we all began talking the whole way, about sports, what we all do after schools usually, we talked about people from our school, our lives, mostly things normal people would talk about. It was pretty nice having normal friends for once.

(AN: sorry for the short chapter! Just a small note, after I post one chapter, I usually post the next one 2 or 3 days after🙏)
