27/05/4013 AD – 13:00 – Ultrayan Alliance Headquarters – Main Building – Meeting Room

The room was quiet. Grey walls, four chairs and a small table. After a well-deserved meal, Hyperzio, Anmarina, Dracolast and Olicleaver all sat around this table, in their Human forms. Anmarina sat with one leg crossed over the other, Dracolast was leaning on the table, anxiously tapping it and Olicleaver just stared at his data-panel; it seemed to be one of the only items that carried over between forms. All three had different poses, all three looked frustrated, and all three were annoyed at Hyperzio.

"So... where would you like me to start?" asked Hyperzio, his voice was a mixture of nervous laughter and apologetic tones.

Dracolast stood up and kicked over the table, "Is this just some big joke to you?!" he shouted.

"Calm down", Hyperzio raised his arms in surrender. "I've already told you that I'll tell you anything you want to know".

"No!" Olicleaver was typing on his data-panel. "This time you'll tell us everything; not what you deem 'important' or what you think 'we'll want to know'. You will tell us everything about this Wyperian business!" Hyperzio turned nervously to Anmarina with pleading eyes.

"No good sucking up to me", she snapped; her calm attitude from the battle's aftermath had vanished. "I've defended you on your lies once already!"

"Very well then", replied the leader.

No one knows when exactly Wyperians first discovered the ability to transform into metal forms; it was from an ancient time. It is theorised that the ability was a form of evolution, developed in order to combat the sub-zero temperatures of Iceikco, the polar opposite heat waves of the planet referred to as Lavamelt, the deep-sea environments of the planet known as Warturf, the dark skies of the distant planet of Niradrow and the electrical plains of the planet known as Arcamoon. The above-mentioned planets made up the Ultrayan System, as well as Earth and a strange group of large rocks that suddenly appeared, forming an asteroid belt that had been dubbed the 'Rocktorr Formation'. The environments on Ultraya's planets were harsh, and the non-metal forms of Wyperians were nearly identical to a standard Human; in other words, they still need to eat, sleep, and breathe in order to survive. This fact also explained how new Wyperians are born; they reproduce in the same way as any other mammal. It is believed that the ancient ancestors of all Wyperians originated on Warturf, due to the overall planet being fairly similar to Earth. For the sake of simplicity, the flesh forms of Wyperians had been renamed to 'Human Form'.

Similarly, Angel forms were simply just a thing that always existed; they have no known origin either. Other than wings, their anatomy is exactly the same as any standard Wyperian. As the nature of these beings is shrouded in mystery, some people have formed a religion around these mysteries based on testimony from those who have ascended to the ranks of an Angel; they claim to hear voices when acquiring new forms. This enigmatic voice is referred to the 'Unknown Power' throughout society. It is true that Wyperians have shared all known information about these Angel-Ranks with Humanity, just not much is known overall to begin with. 'One of the many powers that has been bestowed by an even greater power'; that's what the religion of the Unknown Power claims to be the truth.

"Wait, wait, wait: 'many powers'? There is something else you aren't telling us, isn't there?" said Olicleaver after Hyperzio had finished his explanations. Hyperzio rolled his eyes and looked away.

"Oh, come on!" roared Dracolast. "You are keeping even more secrets from us?! Do you not trust us anymore?" Hyperzio became enraged.

"You know what?!" he shouted. "Yes, there are plenty of things I am not telling you! 'Why is that?' you ask. Not because I don't trust my comrades, but because I was the second-in-command of the Ultrayan Alliance; I was an Angel-Ayratulia and a Commander! As a leader there were certain secrets I had to keep, from EVERYONE! But there are things far beyond your comprehension; things that would cause the two sides of the war to escalate! Constant worries of people finding new ways to kill each other have forced us to become an incredibly secretive society!"
