27/05/4013 AD – 10:05 – Iceikco – Ultrayan Alliance Headquarters – Main Entrance

A massive, dim-yellow coloured beam crashed into the main gate from over Anmarina's head. The impact caused the metal gate to burst open; engulfed in flames, debris started to fall all over the icy plains.

"The first phase has been passed, begin secondary attack", came Hyperzio's voice over the comms. Anmarina looked up and saw Crystrx and Sollikarr drop downward from their own Heygrasaults, each of them blasted through one of the side cliffs; Crystrx took the right and Sollikarr took the left. Sollikarr pulled a large rifle from his back and pointed it at the dazed enemy troops hiding within the cliff. The rifle was black and long, with a thin body and a large, cylindrical barrel. Two solar panels rest atop the main furniture of the rifle. Sollikarr pulled the trigger and a ball of energy formed within the barrel; light started to flow out of the weapon. Sollikarr released the trigger and a ball of weaponised solar energy launched from the gun and crashed into the soldiers, resulting in an explosion. Meanwhile, Crystrx, in the other cliff, cut through the A.E.R. forces mercilessly with her two holo swords. Hyperzio smirked as the shooting from the sides of the valley had stopped thanks to his comrades.

"Only one place left, straight ahead!" he yelled across the battlefield, pointing at the base.

Through the ruined gate, large A.E.R. tanks started to funnel out; several hatches opened along what remained of the front wall and enemy troops marched out. The Anti-Earth Rebellion soldiers looked similar to ones belonging to the Ultrayan Alliance but had red accents to their armour and bared the crest of the A.E.R.: a circle with an 'R' dividing the circle into several pieces. It represented the destruction of Earth, as revenge for taking the four legendary Ayratulia from Ultraya and replacing them with a weaker species. They did not know, nor seem to particularly care, that one of these missing Angel-Ayratulia had reappeared and had begun fighting for the Alliance; it was theorized that they just wanted an excuse to kill and earn their precious Angel-Ranks. Whilst the Alliance prioritised keeping the aircraft blueprints, the Anti-Earth Rebellion had to rely on capturing the various fortifications around the galaxy where they currently had forces; this turned out to be a relatively easy task thanks to the abundance of more offensive weapons and vehicles the A.E.R. possessed; the war had devolved into a stalemate with Humans being caught in the crossfire. Even though the superior Mylialta kept the skies clear, the Rebellion's tanks, Sudagrowlers, dominated ground warfare. Consisting of a heavily armoured shell, a gigantic energy cannon mounted on the top, two manned frontal kinetic turrets and missile barrage launchers that extended out from the sides, Sudagrowlers used typical tank tracks in order to withstand the sheer force that the energy blasts output. These tanks made the U.A.'s base attacks basically a suicide operation if fought with conventional soldiers that did not have the technology that was locked up inside of Iceikco Base. Now that Hyperzio and his friends had entered the fray, the Alliance aimed to finally break this deadlock.

One of the Sudagrowlers aimed its cannon towards the sky and fired. A short bolt of red energy launched through the air and smashed into a Heygrasault, causing the dropship to burst into flames. No survivors.

"Commander Hyperzio, these tanks are the reason why we have been losing so many battles", Staruthia informed over the communications; her voice sounded desperate. Another bolt of energy hurled over Hyperzio's head, crashed into the ground killing two soldiers and sent three others flying backwards.

"Please..." Staruthia's voice sank even further. "Destroy those things at any cost!" Hyperzio's shoulder cannons took aim at the killing machine and fired off lightning beams; they hit the tank but barely even burnt the armour.
