Malcolm's POV

"Drink, drink, drink, drink, drink!~" The three sang.

"Drink it already! Drink!" Sakura said as she gave me another bowl of the wine.

"Minju-ah...can you drink it for me?" I weakly asked Minju who was sitting next to me.

"Uh, sorry, I really can't. Actually, I've been about to burst for a while now" She said looking away due to embarassment.

"Just go over there and pee. Don't hold it in" Sakura said as she pointed towards the corner.

"I'm uh...I'm sensitive. I can't go when there's other people around" Minju shyly said.

"Hey, nobody cares. Just go and do it. No one's going to look" Han said.

"Still, how can I just, you know?" She said.

"But it's fine to pee infront of us? Go and do it already" I snickered.

"Yeah" Sakura said which made Minju groan.

"Don't worry!" Changbin said.

"Come on, just do it. We won't look!" Sakura said.

"Still-"

"We're not gonna look!" I cut her off.

"But you can still hear me!" She said.

"What? Wow!" I said in disbelief before drinking the wine.

After a while, she did her business while we sat down in a line with our backs facing her. The other three were singing something very loudly.

Of all the ridiculous things I've ever done...

-Time Skip-

The three were cuddled in the mattress they found earlier as they all passed out from how much they drank. Minju and I were sitting on a stool we found and watched the three as they slept.

"Give me a freaking break. Seriously?" I muttered which made Minju giggle and I looked at her.

"You're actually smiling now? Did the alcohol calm you down?" I chuckled.

"You were flipping out like you were gonna die any second" I smiled.

"Why won't my phone work?!" I teased.

"Yah, I really thought a war had broken out" She reasoned which made me chuckle.

"The news in the US makes it sound like a war could break out in Korea and moment" She explained and I clicked my tongue.

"True. For Koreans, every day is a battle even if we're not at war. We study until we drop. We work until we drop. We drink until we drop. Everything we do is a war" I said making Minju snicker.

"I guess" She smiled and I looked at her.

"Are you really that scared of war?" I asked.

"Of course. We may die" She replied and I hummed.

"I guess you've had a pretty good life if you're that afraid of dying" I said.

"I'm not afraid of wars or dying or anything like that, really. I'm more afraid that I won't get my money from those assholes who skipped out on his bills after I worked so hard for it" I sighed.

"Sometimes, I wish the world would come to an end. Do you know how many times I've wished that the world would end? There are so many mornings I dread waking up more than dying" I finished.

-Time Skip-

I groaned as I smelled something burning. I opened my eyes to see Minju sleeping on my shoulder I lightly shook her as I saw smoke coming from somewhere near the room.

"Minju-yah! Wake up" I said as I shook her which made her wake up and look at me confused.

"There's smoke...see" I said and pointed at the smoke.

We checked to see where it was coming from and our eyes widened as we saw Han holding his hands out to his makeshift fire barrel. We saw smoke going towards the ceiling which would go to the floor above us.

"Han! What are you doing?!" I asked as he looked at me.

"It was too cold so I needed to keep warm" He replied.

We suddenly heard the fire alarm blare as well as heavy footsteps. The door unlocked and it was the guard and told us to get out of the room. We followed instructions and left the basement.

-Time Skip-

I walked in the lobby while I carried my books trying to contact Minju. I saw Han, Changbin, and Hyunjin sitting so I went up to them.

"Did you guys see Minju?" I asked which made them give me their attention.

"No, I haven't. She's always disappearing" Hyunjin answered.

"Maybe she went to the storage room again to pee" Han joked.

"She's not stupid. Why would she go there?" I said, unamused.

"Plus, I made sure no one goes anywhere near there for a while" I finished before texting Minju.

Minju's POV

"Minju, hurry! Come in" Professor Jieun said as she opened the door of the basement.

"Uh, professor, why are we-" I asked but she slammed the door shut and I looked at it wide eyed.

"But-" I started and pointed at the door.

"Why is there nowhere to talk quietly in this dorm? Were you hurt?" She asked as she cut me off and I looked at her confused.

"Because you went missing for 16 hours and 27 minutes. Your mother almost had a panic attack" She explained.

"She wanted to get on the next flight over. The American Embassy kept calling and calling. My gosh!" She said.

"Don't worry, Everything's fine. I just spoke with her" I said.

"As the daughter of the most well-known US-based Korean actress, Park Shin Hye. You need to be more careful" She said.

"I promised your mother and put everything I have on the line. I swore I'd keep it a secret. That you were studying here in this school, and that I'd make sure to keep you safe. But now look what happened-" She said.

"I'll do my best and will definitely make sure to stay under the radar. Don't worry, professor" I cut her off as I gave her a faint smile.

"Yah...your Korean is great" She says in awe.

"You were adopted when you were only five. How do you speak it so well?" She asked.

"My mom taught me as well as making me study it, saying I must never forget how to speak it since I'm Korean" I replied.

"She's amazing. No wonder why she's celebrity worldwide" She said and I smiled shyly while nodding.

"Tell me, where were you locked in again?" She asked and I looked around the room.

"Uh...right here" I answered.

"Right here? It smells like someone peed in here" She said as she had a face of disgust and I looked away.
