Gamze sent a quick text to Can to make sure he was still at the agency and letting him know she wanted to talk to him, needed his advise.

He text back that he and Sanem were still at the office and would be for at least another hour, that she was more than welcome.

Can called down to let reception know that Gamze would be arriving shortly and to show her directly to his office. Sanem was looking at him with questions in her eyes.

"What is going on?" she finally asked.

"I am not sure, Gamze, text wanting to know if I was here, she needed some advise but didn't say about what. I told her both you and I were here and would be glad to meet with her."

Sanem tilted her head in thought "I wonder what that is about?"

Can just grinned, knowing that Sanem hated to be kept in the dark, "I guess we will know soon." He went back to reading the information that Deren had dropped off earlier about a new company, Sports Mania, that was looking for an ad agency.

Soon enough, Can and Sanem heard a knocking at the door and both looked up as the reception led Gamze into the room.

"I am so sorry to bother you but I just wanted someone I trusted to help me with a decision."

Sanem stood up, picking up her things "No, Sanem, please stay, I would like your input also." Gamze stated. Sanem just nodded and sat back down. Can pointed out a chair for Gamze, he could tell his friend was nervous.

"So what is going on?" he asked. Gamze looked between the two people watching her.

"I had a lunch meeting today with Ceyda's father. He contacted me after he received my resignation." Can nodded for her to go on "He said that after he read my resignation, he went to the office and has been going over matters. Other campaigns, client complaints and he was extremely upset with what he had found out. He said he had no idea about the way Ceyda had been using her position with the company. He said it was his fault in a way because when he gave the position to Ceyda, it was for the wrong reasons, and he should have kept himself more involved to make sure she could handle things." She shrugged at this.

"Had been?" Sanem asked. Can laughed after that long statement his wife focused on the word had.

"Evet, it seems she had made inappropriate advances to other clients. Can was not the first, just the one she wouldn't let go.  He fired her, locking her out of the company, changed passwords on everyone's computers, changed locks and passwords to the building.  She is not even allowed on the property." she laughed "Security and reception have a picture of her placed on their desk, if she tries to enter the building, security will detain her and the police will be called."

Sanem gasped as Can grinned. "Isn't that a little harsh?" she asked

Can spoke before Gamze could answer. "I like this man very much. But, what does that have to do with you and you needing advise?"

Gamze looked a little awed "He offered me a position as his assistant, he wants to help me learn all I need to take over Ceyda's position. It seems the clients loved working with me as much as they hated working with Ceyda."

Sanem smiled "That is an amazing opportunity.  But, you are worried about something."

"Yes, I am concerned about retaliation from Ceyda. She is not one to go easily and she doesn't like to lose."

"Have you spoke to her father about your concerns?" Sanem asked. Gamze nodded yes "What did he say?"

Gamze looked at her a little sadness in her eyes "He said he would offer me private security until I felt comfortable that Ceyda would be leaving me alone."

Sanem jumped up and hugged her "I know it is hard to come between parent and child but you are not at fault, she is. My advise is to take the position and the private security." she winked at Gamze "He might even be as hot of a man as Can."

The girls both laughed as Can shifted in his seat "I agree with Sanem." he finally said "Maybe we can even get back to having a good working relationship with Compass Sports."

As they sat and talked, someone else on the other side of town was putting a new plan into action. No one was going to get the way of they wanted.
