Once I was in the hall, I looked for Sam and I saw him enter his father's room. I quickly ran after him. Once I entered the room, I saw Sam standing there looking at his dad's empty bed.
"Where is he?" I asked.
"I don't know." Sam answers.
He picked up his dad's journal and walked out of the room before I could say anything else to him.
I followed after him as he walked back into Dean's room.
"Hey. So, Dad wasn't in his room." Sam said to the empty room that we both knew was not empty.
"But I got Dad's journal, so who knows? Maybe there's something here." Sam said as he started to frantically flip open the journal.
He stops when he sees the page that says Reapers.
"Sam calm down." Eve said to him.
"How can you tell me to calm down? We need to do something." He said to me.
"And we will. I have a way to save him." I told him.
"You do? Why haven't you done it yet?" He yelled at me.
"It's dangerous. I had to make sure he was still here to save." I told him.
He looked at me for a few seconds like he wanted to ask me how it was dangerous, but he did not.
"What do we have to do?" He asked me.
"I have to die, and you have to keep my heart beating until I wake back up." I told him.
I watched as his eyes squinted and he started rubbing the bridge of his nose as he tried to figure out what I just told him.
"And how do we do that?" He asked me annoyed.
"I drink this." I said as I pulled out the vile with white liquid he had brought from my room.
"And that is?" He asked.
"It's a potion. It will separate my spirit from my body without causing any permanent damage." I told him.
"Why the hell would you want to do that?" He asked me.
"Because I can't help Dean if I can't see him. If we had more time, I could come up with a different way but the reapers after him this is the only option." I told him.
He looked like he wanted to say something, but I stopped him.
"This will send me to where he is and then I can help him back into his body." I told him.
"Then when he wakes up how do I get you back?" He asked me.
He sounded genuinely concerned.
"What, you still care what happens to me?" I asked him not knowing if I wanted his answer.
"Don't be stupid Eve." He said to me.
I could not help but smile.
"How do we get you back?" he asked again.
"You have to keep my heart pumping while I'm out without actually waking me up. That's important Sam. If I wake up there's no going back under. This spell will only work once." I told him.
"And how do I do that?" He asked.
"With this." I said as one of those bags and tubes used for resuscitation appeared in my hand.
"I don't know how to put this in." He said to me as he took it out of my hand.
"What's not to know? Shove the tube down my throat and pump." I told him knowing it was not that easy.
"Then?" He asked.
"Once he wakes up you give me this shot." I told him as a needle filled with black liquid appeared in my hand.
"What's this?" He asked as he took it from me and looked it over.
"I had a friend drop it off when you were with Bobby. It's the magical version of adrenalin. You stab me in the heart with that." I said as I pointed to it. "Once Deans back and it will make me." I told him.
"You don't sound so confident." He responded.
"Well, there is a possible side effect." I told him.
"Which is?"
"That's the equivalent to enough adrenaline to kill a bear." I told him.
"What's the side effect?" He asked again.
"It will wake me up or my heart will explode." I told him.
"You have got to be kidding me. Eve we are not doing this." He told me.
"You don't have a choice." I told him as I took the cap off the vile and drank the liquid.
