I could not believe what I just saw. That truck came out of nowhere and pushed the Impala off the road. I hit the brakes and came to the fastest stop of my life.

I ran over to the side of the road. I looked down to where the car had stopped and it was unbelievably far away. I was about to start running over when I saw the truck driver get out of this cab. At first I thought he was going over to check on them but I became overwhelmed with a feeling of dread. I just knew he was a demon and I had to get down there as quickly as possible.

I started running and was about half way there. I was stuck watching the demon rip the driver's side door off its hinges to reveal Sam pointing the Colt at him.

I let out a slight sigh as I realized that at least Sam was alive.

"Back. Or I'll kill you, I swear to god." I heard Sam say as I closed in on them.

"You won't. You're saving that bullet for someone else." He said to Sam.

I was standing only a few feet away so I was able to hear Sam cock the gun. I was not about to let him waste his last bullet on this demon.

"Get the hell away from him!" I yelled as I reached out and grabbed the air in front of me and pulled it back to me.

The demon who was still a few feet away flew back like I commanded. He landed on the ground with a thud. He stood up and looked up at me who was now standing next to the Impala and Sam behind me who still had the gun pointed at him.

He smiled at us then the black smoke poured out of the man who then collapsed on the ground. Sam uncocks the gun and drops his head back in relief.

"Are you okay?" I asked as I tried to look into the car.

"Oh my god!" A voice said from behind me.

I turned to see the truck driver standing there very confused.

"Dad?" Sam asked as he tried to wake his dad.

"Did I do this?" The man asked again.

I ignored him and just watched as Sam tried to wake up John and Dean with no success.

"Dad! Dean? Dean!" Sam started yelling.

"Oh my god." I said as I took in how hurt they really were.

"Do you have a phone?" I asked the man.

"Yes." He said as he pulled one out of his pocket.

"Call 911." I told him

I pulled open the back door and carefully tried to climb in.

"Dean? Dean, please wake up." I said to him as I tried to wake him.

I could not help the tears that started to flow. I did not realize how much time had passed until I heard the sound of helicopter blades. I looked down to Dean. I had not even realized until right now that I had crawled into the back seat and had Dean's head resting in my lap.

A paramedic came up to the car and shone his flashlight into the car.

"Are you hurt miss?" He asked me.

"No, I was not in the car. Their hurt. He needs your help." I told him as I looked back at Dean.

I had started crying again.

"Miss, we need you to exit the vehicle." He said to me.

I understood what he was saying so I reluctantly forced myself away from Dean and out of the car.

I watched as the paramedics loaded John, Dean, and Sam onto stretchers. John and Dean were still unconscious but Sam was awake.

"Man significant passenger side intrusion. Unresponsive. BP is 180 over 60, heart rate 95, 95." I heard the Paramedic say but I had no idea what the hell he was talking about.

"Tell me if they're okay!" I heard Sam yell.

I looked over to see him fighting to get off the stretcher.

"You have to stay still!" The paramedic yelled at him.

I quickly ran over to him. I grabbed hold of his hand and he looked over to me.

"Be still." I demanded him.

He instantly relaxed and did what I said, not that he had much choice.

"Are they even alive?" He asked me.

"They're fine." I said as I walked along with him.

"Are you coming in the ambulance?" The paramedic asked.

I looked over to see John and Dean being loaded into the helicopter.

"No, I will follow in my car." I told them.

I pulled myself away from Sam and walked back to my car. I wanted to go with Sam in the ambulance but I knew I was about to break down and I did not want to do that in the ambulance.

I followed closely behind the ambulance not caring if I was breaking any laws. I sped along and cried the entire way.
