Jawhara grinned as she watched her children running around her playing with one another. Osman, Mehmed, Sahihuban, Handan, Zahra, Murad, Orhan, Kaya, Kasim, Beyazid, Ibrahim and Gevherhan, they were all around her playing.

Jawhara turned her head and watched as her adoptive daughter Ayse and Fatma ascended down the stairs with her third adoptive daughter Atike in Ayse's arms. The two eldest were talking to one another happily.

"Validam" the two bowed to the woman that raised them. She may not have been there for them from the beginning but when their mothers were no longer in the picture she took them under her wing despite all of the disagreements she had with their mothers.

"My beautiful daughters, sit down," Jawhara said pointing at the pillows around the many tables lined up in front of her.

"How have you been mother?" Ayse asked Jawhara who smiled brightly at the girl in front of her.

"I am fine my darling" Jawhara answered patting the young girl's shoulder. Jawhara looked up and watched as Murad and Osman fought with swords, man to man. They were many years apart yet they looked the same age, it was expected both being dead along with everyone around Jawhara. This was her heaven, her heaven was her family. There was one person missing and that was Ahmed but that didn't bring Jawhara down because he will be here soon.

"Mother do you know when father will join us?" Fatma asked softly looking up at Jawhara. Jawhara didn't remove her eyes from Kasim and Beyazid as they also trained with swords. They have finally stopped fighting after many years and were closer than they ever were when they were alive.

"Soon" Jawhara answered simply smiling. Gevherhan walked over to the woman with a bouquet of flowers in her hands. She placed them down in a vase in front of her mother.

"Father" Jawhara looked up from the flowers at the voice of her youngest son Ibrahim. She watched as Ahmed walked over to his family with a grin on his face. The children bowed to their father but Jawhara stayed seated. Ahmed walked over to her and sat down beside her on the throne.

"My love" Jawhara greeted the man sat down beside her. When they were alive she had resented him for a while when he separated her from her children but now I'm death she had forgiven him and she held no grudges.

"My jewel" Ahmed greeted back. He took her hand into his and kissed her knuckles sweetly. They were no longer shy or scared of showing affection in front of their children any longer. They were no longer sultan and sultana, they were merely Ahmed and Jawhara. The children bowed to them out of habit and respect only.

"Can we eat now?" Kasim asked throwing his sword on the floor beside the rest of the swords. Beyazid nudged his brother playfully and they almost started pushing each other around if it weren't for Ahmed clearing his throat.

"Yes," Ahmed answered with a chuckle. All of the children that no longer looked like children and were all adults sat around the many tables that stretched for several meters to fit the big family of fifteen children and two parents. Jawhara May have not given birth to all of them but they were still her children.

"This is all I asked for" Jawhara admit turning to look at Ahmed. He placed his spoon down and turned to look at her with a grin on his face.

"So have I," he said back. Ahmed leaned closer and placed a kiss on her forehead. Jawhara closed her eyes enjoying his touch again after the many years that passed away from him.

"You suffered a lot, my love, rest now, we're in heaven now," Ahmed said softly whipping a test that trickled down Jawhara's face. She took a deep breath before opening her eyes again.

"I don't want to live another death of my children again" she whispered softly. She turned to look at Osman, Mehmed, and Atike, the only child among the adult was Atike, the only one to die in infancy.

"You won't" Ahmed promised

"I'm happy which scares me," Jawhara said. Ahmed raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Every time I'm happy something bad happens and take away any happiness I have felt," Jawhara said turning to look at her children as they chatted away with one another. Atike clapped happily her hand as Osman gave her a small flower from the bouquet Gevherhan brought earlier.

"Nothing bad will ever happen ever again. We will be happy for eternity" Ahmed reassured threading his fingers through hers. Jawhara looked at him as he raised their intertwined hand up and kissed her knuckles again.

"Mother" Jawhara turned at the sound of Ayse's excited voice

"Mother" Jawhara turned at the sound of Ayse's excited voice. She smiled softly as Ayse jumped up along with Fatma and hugged their mothers, Mahifiruze and Kösem were waiting for their daughters for a long time before they joined them.

"Have a seat" Jawhara ordered pointing at the table. Both women smiled at her snd took seats beside their daughters. Atike's mother was obviously not in Jawhara's heaven, she was too evil to be here and besides Jawhara couldn't remember how she looked like and neither did Atike and Atike believed that Jawhara was her real mother and that's how Jawhara intended to keep it.

"I'm finally the happiest man ever" Ahmed said. Jawhara turned to look at him to find him already looking at her. There were no more power-hungry fights, no more fear, no more enemies. They were just a family no longer royal.

"I'm the happiest woman ever," Jawhara said back making Ahmed chuckle a little. He pulled her closer by her cheek and kissed her straight on the lips with no care in the world. They were home, they were together and so were their children.
