I grinned happily as I walked onto the terras in Ahmed's room feeling pride swell in my chest at the sight of all of Istanbul.
I walked over to the marble railing and leaned against it, this castle, this city, and this country is now under my control and no one will stop me from doing what I please.
I sighed happily as two arms circled around my waist trapping me in my lover's hold. He placed his head on my shoulder as we both looked on over Istanbul.
"It's beautiful isn't it?" He asked placing a kiss to the side of my head.
"It is, I could spend years here watching over it," I said back not taking my eyes off of a very familiar ship, the same ship that bought me here twelve years ago.
"That's it," I said pointing to the ship.
"That's the ship that bought me here to you my love," I said turning around to face the love of my life.
"I love you," he said leaning his forehead on mine, I could feel his breath on my lips but before we could kiss a guard walked in interrupting our moment.
"Your majesty, Mehmed pasha is outside and he says it's urgent," the guard said not taking his eyes off of the floor.
"I'll leave then," I said bowing before walking backward with a concerned face on.

What could be so urgent that Mehmed pasha couldn't wait at least a little bit until I and Ahmed ate breakfast, our first morning's breakfast
I changed hurriedly not bothering to do my hair or put on any jewelry before I left to shower fast so I can meet up with Mehmed pasha to talk to him.
I walked into the Harem where all of the girls jumped up and walked over to the door of the harem before bowing to me in respect bring my mood back up as this reminded me of the power that I now have that'll help me protect my children.
Osman my lion, my firstborn, and my brave lion. Mehmed my fox, he's always showed hints of cunningness and slyness and that's what made him special just like Osman's bravery made him special. Murad my Jaguar, he's always been a fast learner and a fast runner, he's always fast in everything and if he wasn't a year back Kaya could have died but he caught her before she could've fallen out of her bed. Orhan my wolf, has always been protective of what was his and of his sibling, he's still very young but he has always tried to stop his sibling from fighting when they do. Kasim my squirrel, he still a couple of months old soon to be a year but he's already very loved by his siblings.
"Cennet I think there was something with the food," Karla said as I doubled over in pain again.
"I'll call the doctor" Malin ran out of the room hurriedly trying to get there as fast possible.
"Help me to the bed" I was pulled up by Karla and Emily and placed down on my bed under the covers.
"What's wrong with her majesty?" Cennet asked the doctor the second she finished looking over me.
"Nothing Cennet Hatun," she said smiling brightly.
"Her majesty is pregnant," she said making me gasp in shock.
"It hasn't even been a year sultana, MashAllah" Cennet explained.
"Don't forget to give the girls gold Cennet" I warned getting up and started fixing myself.
"Karla and Emily you two stay here with children. Malin come with me I'm gonna go see Ahmed" I said walking out of the room.
"Yes, sultana," they all said before they went to their ascended jobs.
"Tell his majesty that I'm here," I told the guard who bowed and walked in.
"Tell Cennet to tell Mehmed Pasha that I want to meet him in the garden," I told Malin before walking in.
"Ahmed, my love" I pulled him in for a hug when I saw him.
"What's wrong my dove? I saw you this morning" he said worriedly.
"Nothing's wrong my love. But I do have something to tell you" I was almost jumping up and down from excitement at this point.
"We're getting a new lion cub my lion" his eyes widened as the words left my lips.
"Allah!" He explained happily before pulling me up and turned in circles making me squeal and hold on to him tightly.
"My lion" he whispered placing his hand on my still flat stomach.
"Thank Allah he's blessed us with nine healthy children and now he's blessing us with more" I felt my heartbeat getting faster as he placed his forehead on mine.
"Allah is so generous" I whispered back pulling him in for a kiss.
"So Mehmed pasha, what did you need from our sultan this morning?" I asked as he stood back up from bowing.
"There's this group of men, they've been trying to rebel for a while so we sent a spy and the spy told us of how they've been building an army and I had to tell his majesty of dangers" Mehmed pasha answered back.
"What do they want now?" I asked myself angrily.
"Isn't there a way to get rid of them without his majesty having to go to battle?" I asked worried about my lover's well being.

"I fear not sultana," he said looking down apolitically. I sighed sadly as my heart broke knowing my love would be leaving soon after they prepared themselves well.
"What's the name of their leader?" I asked curiously.
"Mahmoud Oghlo" I raised my eyebrow at the name.
"Thank you for your help Mehmed pasha" I walked away followed by Cennet like she was my shadow.
"Now what sultana?" She asked running a little to keep up with me.
"Now we look after the harem and try to maintain order before they start panicking," I said and continued walking sadly back into the castle.
