The leaves around seemed to move with the wind creating a circular motion around me, my heart raced as I saw his figure disappear. I relaxed my shoulders realising I had been tensing the whole time. I can't just sit here and do nothing.
I thought of the good times, memories of 20 minutes ago to when he pinned me down teasing me. I wondered what my mother was doing right now, probably cooking dinner for herself.
My life changed in under 30 seconds... Can I handle my new future?
Questions drowned my throbbing head.
