Second day of school, second day of being with Dylan.. Not literally like together together... I wish, but we were to-geth-er. Side by side we walked towards the swinging doors, the wind picked as I looked back over my shoulder, only getting a face full of hair. Something was really bothering me today. A rough, warm hand pressed my against my arm and pulled me to the side, I ankle tapped my self and fell face first into Dylan's chest making my lips pout, well... What a graceful first hug.

Dylan jumped as I slowly looked up and caught his gaze, "sorry you were - I didn't mean to hug- sorry Lexi you were about to run into that pole," he finally spat out, he was quite a nervous wreck. He straightened out his shirt and looked away rubbing the back of his neck.

I looked to my right, gosh! How could I run into that thing! It was a thick purple post supporting up a shelter, in fact there was about 5 of them lined up.

I looked up waiting till his eyes finally found mine and took him by the hand, "thank you Dyl." His cheeks burned scarlett, it was adorable. We found our lockers, his just so happened to be conveniently across the aisle from mine.

The aisles were crowded, everyone was rushing and shivering past causing me to slightly stutter, although I tried my best hide it. So much noise it made the room spin. Great, a headache already and the day hadn't even started. Dylan's voice brought me back to reality as we turned the curve and headed towards first class.

"You excited for history?" He sarcastically asked as he nudged me, "it's the worst class, I have hated it ever since I came to high school."

"Actually, I have been looking forward to it all morning," I jokingly replied, we exchanged smiles and walked into the overly crowded class room. The teacher had his back to us as he scribbled something onto the black board. I scanned the room looking for spare seats.

"Jesus Dylan, what's that gross smell?!" My stomach rolled and flipped. I felt dizzy, everyone's voices faded and soon I could barely breathe. My vision blackened at the sides, the room smelt of musk and mould, my legs seem to give into my weight and collapsed underneath me. Immediately I felt Dylan tense as he lifted me by the waist and guided me to the nearest chair.

"Hey, Elexis, hey?" I looked up and saw shadows surrounding me.
"Sir," Dylan continued, " she needs to go home, I'll take her," I felt him lift me, he wasn't warm or relaxing anymore, he was shaken, I could sense it.

He let me walk once we got outside, "I'm fine, I'm ok I just was a little overly excited I guess," I tried to explain myself. His eyes met mine, they were filled with fear and confusion, his forehead was wrinkled in a particular way, I knew he cared about me, a lot.

"You didn't look fine Lexi, I'll drop you home if you want?" He offered in a soft voice.

I lowered my voice, "you should just come with me." I looked him the eye and smiled, in attempt too look somewhat husky.

We finally got to my house, I lived a little out town and it took awhile for us to navigate our way . Behind my mums two story house, a thick forestry grew, I haven't explored any tracks in there yet, I could see little openings, we only just moved here 2 weeks ago now.

"Come on," I insisted and grabbed his hand, "mums in town, no ones home." He was cautious but let me take him willingly.

"Wow, Lexi your house is massive," he exclaimed. I looked at him, he was truly amazed.
"I thought you said your house was up stairs too?" I said.

"Yeah only to my room and two the second bathroom, nothing as spectacular like this," he finally looked at me with an open face.

"Come on, my rooms up here," we made our way up the 10 stairs... They really tired me out, I would usually jump up them, but not today. I laid down on my side and gestured for Dylan to do the same. He was nervous I could tell.

"Don't worry Dyl, it's ok," I edged closer to him, I could feel his warm breathe, I could feel his heart beating really fast, I smiled and looked up to the roof where I had glow in the dark stars stuck up there. I love decorating things, I think Dylan figured that out himself. My room was full of collages stuck to the wall, lamps that let off different coloured rays of light, my bed sheets however, were a pure white with gold thread along the side, you could say it was quite fancy.

My carpet was a nice caramel colour, it matched my bed well. My room was really cozy and I loved it. It wasn't the cleanest, I didn't really care, I felt comfortable around Dylan and I didn't feel like I had to impress him.
