So perfect. I lay in Dylan's manly arms as the sun slowly faded. We watched as it made its hasty flee to the other side of the world to shed rays of light full of life. Gone, just like that, the light disappeared around us, leaving the clearing pitch black. The temperature dropped and suddenly the cold crept upon me. Dylan continued to rub my arms in effort to warm me.
"Should we call it a night Dyl?" I looked up to see his tired eyes on mine. "It's colder than I thought, wait here, I'll go get the extra blankets," he planted a warming kiss on my forehead and headed outside. The tent was small, just long enough to fit our feet in, just tall enough for us to stand up, it was cozy and comforting. He returned with an extra pillow and a very inviting Doonah.
"Hey, that looks awfully familiar!"
"Your mum suggested we take it in case of 'dramatic' changes in weather," he smiled. Dylan wrapped me in his arms until my body gave in into the tired girl trapped inside of me. I closed my heavy eyes and fell into a deep sleep. I slept easy that night, easier than I do in my own bed actually. How strange. I woke up to find me on top of Dylan. Head pressed against his chest it was actually quite comfortable. I didn't want to get up, I wanted to stay.

Trying not to wake the sleeping troll beneath me I rolled to my right (where I was supposed to be sleeping) and as quietly as I could, started unzipping the tent.
God damn it! It sounded like a dying lama! I never remembered it to being this loud. I cringed as I got to the Velcro at the top. It sounded like long, black evil nails painfully sliding down a chalk board. I felt so weak. By now I was squatting in refuge and covering my ears so tightly it started to hurt.
I glanced at Dylan. Two words - Sleeping Beauty. Never even moved a muscle, well haha that is until I shook the living day lights out of the lifeless leg beside me.
