Another slow morning a head of me and I knew Elexis wouldn't turn up at school to make me laugh and make time fly, I decided to have a day off school myself. I missed her lips, her smile, her laugh, her jokes, I missed her.

I jumped in the shower and thought about messaging her, I have to see her soon, I have to make things better between us, not that anything was wrong I thought, I just knew she didn't take all that Cameron said very well.

I remember Cameron saying, "Elexis, you are yet to experiment with your powers until you turn 16, not too long away I hear. As a wolfling your senses, mainly smell will be played with. Dylan has told me about your history class, quite strange actually," I remember him pacing the floor in front of her, "the smell 'gross' is of a particular type of plant, the plant is; ah yes," he tapped his head till he remembered, I remember him always doing that in exams at school, "the plant 'Lavender', it has a strong smell that wolves do not agree with, the reason why you feel dizzy and zone out a little. I have yet to explore your class room yet, but I'm sure it's lavender. Do you know of it Elexis?" He questioned her.

I thought the meeting went pretty well, both Cameron and Lexi seemed to get along. She just needed time I told myself and she's had a whole week of space, I decided to text her.

My message read: "hoping everything is ok, miss you and your smile a lot. I was hoping to see you soon, what about this afternoon?"

I read over it about 10 times before my thumb touched the send button. It was about a 5 minute wait until my phone buzzed, I snatched off my bedside table only to find a game notification. Damn it. I'm going to ring her, I Craved hearing her voice.

I dialled her mobile phone number and waited a painful 15 seconds before her soft voice came through, "I never thought you would call Dyl, I miss you," her words were slow and muffled.

Relief flushed through my tired body, I missed her more than words could explain, it hasn't been the same not speaking to her all day, "I miss you too baby," I choked on my words.

She cleared her throat, "2pm, my house, see you then," a beeping sound followed her last words, she hung up on me? Already?
